Honest 8-step replay (the GitHub crisis, the 2D room, what got cut) plus the 12-segment Fathom timestamp map for jumping straight to what you missed.
The original run-of-day got rewritten by reality. This replay reflects what actually happened, not what was planned. Cuts and additions are flagged.
Cut from plan: the original schedule allotted 30 min for setup. What happened: setup absorbed most of the first 90 min for the 4D track. Tools, accounts, repo clones, OAuth, 1Password CLI — the stack is real.
Unplanned: the student repo flipped from private to public mid-workshop, and clone prompts hit 404s. ~80 min of build time absorbed by Hunter dropping the corrected clone prompt and the team reissuing invites. The setup-prompt-only-cloned-4-of-6-repos fix landed here.
Etsy CLI multi-agent demo (~4:07), Firecrawl + 1Password (~5:53), /remote-control (~7:02), Telegram BotFather (~7:14). All four prompts are in the Prompt Library.
Unplanned: Hunter spun up a second breakout room at the 2:24 mark for students who needed recovery prompts. The Option A/B recovery and origin-rewire patterns came out of this room. Not in the recording.
Slack-broadcasted /build-morning-brief. Most 4D students were still wiring connectors. Sara at ~46 min: "Even if you just hang on to the first block, you're already winning."
Three Wade rooms ran in parallel for the 8D track. Topics: cron scheduling, fleet coordination, secrets hygiene. Recording timestamps in the map below.
Cut from plan: Tyler's "six things" gate and the formal graduation moment did not happen. What happened: partial completion was the norm. Only one student (cohort 1) had a confirmed live Vercel morning brief by close.
The deeper architecture topics (Cairns, security, multi-agent, and more) live in the Architecture Deep Dives page.

If you only have 15 minutes:
You can finish the 4D foundation without watching anything. The recording is a comfort, not a prerequisite.
Watching back? Open the relevant recording in one tab, the Prompt Library in another. The verbatim prompts are tagged with the same timestamps.
