What actually happened on Sunday.

Honest 8-step replay (the GitHub crisis, the 2D room, what got cut) plus the 12-segment Fathom timestamp map for jumping straight to what you missed.

REPLAY Sunday replay — eight steps that mirror what actually happened 8 segments

The original run-of-day got rewritten by reality. This replay reflects what actually happened, not what was planned. Cuts and additions are flagged.

10:00

Setup gate (most of the morning)

Cut from plan: the original schedule allotted 30 min for setup. What happened: setup absorbed most of the first 90 min for the 4D track. Tools, accounts, repo clones, OAuth, 1Password CLI — the stack is real.

10:45

GitHub crisis

Unplanned: the student repo flipped from private to public mid-workshop, and clone prompts hit 404s. ~80 min of build time absorbed by Hunter dropping the corrected clone prompt and the team reissuing invites. The setup-prompt-only-cloned-4-of-6-repos fix landed here.

12:00

Tyler's main-room demos

Etsy CLI multi-agent demo (~4:07), Firecrawl + 1Password (~5:53), /remote-control (~7:02), Telegram BotFather (~7:14). All four prompts are in the Prompt Library.

14:24

2D room created (impromptu)

Unplanned: Hunter spun up a second breakout room at the 2:24 mark for students who needed recovery prompts. The Option A/B recovery and origin-rewire patterns came out of this room. Not in the recording.

15:00

4D capstone push

Slack-broadcasted /build-morning-brief. Most 4D students were still wiring connectors. Sara at ~46 min: "Even if you just hang on to the first block, you're already winning."

16:00

8D room (Wade + Tyler)

Three Wade rooms ran in parallel for the 8D track. Topics: cron scheduling, fleet coordination, secrets hygiene. Recording timestamps in the map below.

17:30

Wrap (no formal graduation)

Cut from plan: Tyler's "six things" gate and the formal graduation moment did not happen. What happened: partial completion was the norm. Only one student (cohort 1) had a confirmed live Vercel morning brief by close.

Catch-up shortcuts by what you missed

  • Missed everything before lunch. Watch segment 1 (framing) and segment 7 (connectors demo). Skim segments 3-5 (GitHub crisis) only if you're still hitting GitHub access issues; otherwise skip.
  • Missed the afternoon. Watch segments 7, 9, 11, 12 in order. That's the build.
  • Missed only the Telegram capstone. Jump to segment 11 at 7:00:00.
  • Was on the call but bot disconnected mid-day. Find your last good moment, then resume from the next segment.
  • Got a migraine and dropped off late. Segment 12 is the closing. Segments 7, 9, 11 are the build moments.
  • Were in Hunter's 2D room and want main-room context. Watch segments 7, 9, 11. Skip everything before 4:00:00.

8D students: which Wade room you were in

  • Wade Room 1 (pre-session, 77 min): installer setup, Mac vs Windows folder selection, installer fixes.
  • Wade Room 2 (midday, 73 min): parallel to GitHub crisis, plus accept-edits vs auto mode, Hunter joined to handle public-fork-private rewires.
  • Wade Room 3 (afternoon, 48 min): folder path visibility, "GitHub as a different view of local machine" framing, why setup downloaded only 4 of 6 repos, Drive-prompts issue (root cause: wrong project root).

"I cannot watch a recording right now"

If you only have 15 minutes:

  1. Read this portal home + Validate.
  2. Find your first unchecked box on validate.
  3. Open Claude Code in your repo. Ask Claude to walk you through that box.

You can finish the 4D foundation without watching anything. The recording is a comfort, not a prerequisite.

Watching back? Open the relevant recording in one tab, the Prompt Library in another. The verbatim prompts are tagged with the same timestamps.
