The AI Build Lab Relaunch & Reunion Party

Agent Team HQ. Agent Workforce. Agent Native Camp. The Lab. All live.

You've seen the new names on the site. September 2 is the party where the story gets told: why we rebuilt AI Build Lab, what each program becomes, The Lab launching this September, and where Trade School is headed. Then Demo Day: real agent systems on screen doing real work, including builds from the community.

You Were Here for Chapter One. See Chapter Two First.

If you've taken anything with us, a workshop, a cohort, Camp, this session is for you. Everything you learned still holds. What changed is how far it goes. September 2 is where alumni get the full story, told once, with everything on the table, and where we prove it with systems running live on screen.

The Relaunch // The Whole New Lab

The New AI Build Lab, In Plain Terms

This summer we rebuilt everything, using the exact thing we teach: agents doing the work. The new names are on the site. September 2 is where the whole story gets told at once.

Agent Team HQ Workshop. One day with Claude Code, no code required. You leave with your own agent team HQ installed and running on your real work, not a taste of what's possible.
Agent Workforce. The new flagship. You don't start from a blank page: you inherit our agent organization, orchestrated and wired, and then build your own AI agent workforce that handles your work.
Agent Native Camp. The advanced container: extend, harden, evaluate, and operate your agent fleet. The mad-scientist end of the path.
The Lab. Launching this September: the ongoing membership that makes this a place you belong, not a course you finish. Continuing education, the community, and Demo Day as a regular fixture.
Trade School. In active build: the bridge between our graduates and the companies that need agent-native builders. The latest on where it stands, shared live at the party.
The path is one sentence. Install agents that work for you → build the AI agent workforce that handles your work → agent fleets build agent fleets. Every program sits somewhere on that line, and so do you.
Everything you learned still counts. The frameworks, the agents, the community, they all carry forward. What changed is how far the path goes.

Launching & Building // The Lab & Trade School

The Programs Are Half the Story. Here's the Rest.

The relaunch isn't just new program names. Two whole new pieces of AI Build Lab arrive with it, and September 2 is where you see both up close.

Launching This September

The Lab

Courses end. The Lab doesn't. It's the ongoing membership for continuing education: keep building, keep learning, stay sharp alongside the whole community, with Demo Day as a regular fixture. The full picture, pricing to cadence, lands at the party.

In Active Build

Trade School

The bridge between our graduates and the companies that need agent-native builders. We're actively building it right now, and September 2 is where you hear where it stands and what comes next.

Demo Day // The Format

What Demo Day Is

A rule we hold ourselves to: if we say agents did the work, we show the agents doing the work. Demo Day is that rule, turned into a format.

The Rule

Live Systems, On Screen

Screens shared, systems running, real output. If something breaks, you get to watch us handle it. That's part of the point.

The Room

Builds From the Community

Not just our systems. We're lining up demos from the community, including builders who started exactly where you did: non-technical, curious, and slightly skeptical.

The Takeaway

Patterns to Take Home

Each demo ends the same way: here's the pattern, here's where it applies to your work. You leave with ideas you can act on, not just things you watched.

Why This Matters // What's In It For You

What You Get Out of the Two Hours

This isn't a product pitch dressed up as a meetup. It's the launch story told properly, and live proof of how it was built.

The Story

Why We Rebuilt It

The names are public. The reasoning isn't. Hear the hard question we asked ourselves in June and what it meant for everything we'd built.

The Proof

Demo Day

Real agent systems on screen, doing real work, including the ones that built the relaunch itself. Warts and all.

The Flagship

Agent Workforce, Explained

The new four-week flagship, from the people who run an AI agent workforce every day. You inherit our agent organization, orchestrated and wired, then build your own. Hear how that works.

The Path

Where You Fit Now

Workshop grad, cohort grad, Camper: the path forward looks different than it did in June. We'll show you exactly where you plug in.

The Room

Community Builds

Demos from builders like you, non-technical people running real agent systems on their real work. The strongest argument we have, and it isn't ours.

The New Home

The Lab, Up Close

The ongoing membership launches this September, and the party is your first real look: what's inside, how it runs, and why Demo Day lives there.

Why the Timing Matters

The Whole Story, Told Once.

The relaunch is live and the fall season is filling in behind it. September 2 is the one session where we lay it all out together, programs, path, and what's opening next, with the founders in the room and your questions answered before you decide anything.

What You'll See // In Two Hours

A Reunion, Not a Webinar

Two hours, no filler, and the whole Lab in one room. Here's what we'll actually walk you through.

The Community

You Know This Room. It's About to Get Bigger.

Grads from our earliest cohorts are still here, helping each other, hiring each other, and building alongside 2,000+ others. September 2 is this room at its best: everyone back in one place, showing what they built.

Who Should Come

Wherever You Left Off, This Is For You

Every chapter of AI Build Lab is welcome, and each one gets a specific answer on September 2. Bring a friend who's been curious; the door is open.

Workshop Grads

You Got Agents Working

You left a one-day workshop with something running. The new path picks up exactly there, and the next step looks different (and bigger) than it did in June.

Course Grads

You Built the Team

Any cohort, any year. You know the frameworks; now see what the flagship became and what your standing as a practitioner opens up in the new lineup.

Campers & Friends

You're All In (or Nearly)

Campers, you're mid-journey and this is your map for the fall. And if you've never taken anything with us, come anyway, this is the best two-hour tour of the whole Lab.

Come to the Reunion Party.

The launch story, told once, with everything on the table. Real agent systems demoed live, from us and from the community. The Lab's September launch and Trade School's road ahead. And the map from wherever you've been with us to wherever you're going next. It's a party, not a pitch: free, on Zoom, alumni first, friends welcome.
