## Questions and answers

### What will I build in Agent Workforce?

The four-week program starts with a supplied agent organization. You customize it for your work, build a department and evaluate its results. The open house previews that learning path.

### Do I need to know how to code?

The team designed the preparation for people with different starting levels. Agent Native Essentials introduces the tools step by step, and the installer handles initial setup. You will still learn what the tools do.

### Can I use Windows, or do I need a Mac?

The learning materials demonstrate both Mac and Windows. Homebrew is part of the Mac setup; it does not mean you need to own a Mac.

### Should I use Claude Code or Codex?

The course supports either. The team uses both and emphasizes concepts you can carry between tools as they evolve.

### How is Workforce different from Agent Native Camp?

Workforce starts with a supplied organization and focuses on customizing departments and evaluating their work. Camp goes deeper into custom infrastructure and operating an always-on fleet. The programs share concepts, but their environments differ.

### Which tools are required?

The session describes Claude Code or Codex, GitHub and the supplied installer as the starting environment, with Langfuse used later for evaluation. Exa and Firecrawl are optional extras. Follow the current setup instructions in the learning portal.

### Can I adapt the system for clients?

The session discusses customizing the supplied structure for client work. Moving it into a cloud or enterprise environment adds infrastructure, integration and governance work specific to that environment.
