[00:00:00] Okay, so, uh, today is orientation day for all of you who are starting with us on Monday.

[00:00:06] I'm super excited to have you be part of our community. If you're part of our community from other programs.

[00:00:12] Welcome back. Nice to see your faces again. We probably saw your faces last week for a few people.

[00:00:17] Some people we haven't seen you in a long time, so.

[00:00:21] Really cool to have you back and jamming with us and learning with us. And for those of you who are new,

[00:00:26] Also, welcome, and I hope that you and, you know, get to know us and get to know what to expect in this community. It's pretty much like this all the time.

[00:00:34] I like to say that we are the best… Todder says, we're the best kept secret in AI, so our community is.

[00:00:35] Copy.

[00:00:42] So I think that's true. So.

[00:00:44] Today, we are going to go through the orientation. As you guys know, um, we're starting class on Monday.

[00:00:51] And so we always do an orientation and an early onboarding to get you guys situated so that when Monday rolls over, you're not worried about.

[00:00:59] You know, signing into things, accessing things, you know, messing around with all of that setup stuff.

[00:01:04] You're settled, you're in the community.

[00:01:06] Uh, you know what to expect for the next four weeks. You've got your setup done and you're ready to go.

[00:01:12] you know, from Monday.

[00:01:14] Um, so that's what we're going to talk through today. We're also going to do a little bit about, you know, the framing in terms of why.

[00:01:21] We're here, how things have changed, a lot of you,

[00:01:24] have been with us for a long time when we were also teaching agentic workflows, and now we're teaching about the agentic workforce.

[00:01:31] So, like, just holding your hand and taking you through that journey with us as we have also expanded and changed, you know.

[00:01:37] The way that we work with AI and agents.

[00:01:39] Uh, and then we'll get into, like, you know, the what to do next, what to expect, and the tactical side of things.

[00:01:45] And then we'll kick into Q&A.

[00:01:47] So, um, so I won't go through all of these statistics. I think AI or agents are very like, especially on my side, they like to give a lot of stats and stuff like that, but I think it's really important to like.

[00:02:00] Anchor why we're learning this stuff at this moment in time.

[00:02:04] Not just because Sarah says it's a cool thing to do,

[00:02:07] By the way, Tyler and I were in a community.

[00:02:11] a long time ago, that's how we met as co-founders, and we'll talk about that.

[00:02:15] But one of the things that people were saying about us is that we were most likely to start a cult.

[00:02:21] And so, like, I think that's kind of true with our community.

[00:02:25] And when we say, you know, like, this is what Sarah and Tala are thinking about and working on.

[00:02:30] people are really interested in our community to learn some more and to grow alongside us.

[00:02:35] But I think it's also important to, like, anchor in what is happening broadly.

[00:02:39] Um, not just what Sarah and Tyler says.

[00:02:41] So, these are just a few statistics in terms of

[00:02:45] You know, where we are in the whole agent.

[00:02:49] journey that this whole world is in.

[00:02:51] And I'm sure a lot of you

[00:02:53] are seeing are part of it, that agent adoption is no longer a contested thing, right?

[00:02:59] Agents are everywhere, it's, you know, the ability for people to build agents is becoming more and more, you know, ubiquitous with what all the technology is at.

[00:03:08] But the way in which we are now working with agents has also evolved.

[00:03:14] From where we were back in the day when we used to think of agents as the sci-fi thing. I remember agents being talked about.

[00:03:20] You know, when ChatGPT first came out, as this is like where the world is going, and at that time.

[00:03:25] When we were still, like, you know, in chat and like.

[00:03:28] doing the very chatbot-type experience.

[00:03:31] It felt really sci-fi. It's like, what do you mean?

[00:03:33] these entities can do work for me.

[00:03:36] And make and reason through things, and do work, right?

[00:03:40] Um, but we are 100% there, uh, plus some.

[00:03:44] And so, these are just some statistics for those of you who are like, I need to know this is important, and I'm investing my time, my energy, and my money in the right thing.

[00:03:52] So, 96% of agents already run AI agents in some capacity. These are from, like, a bunch of research papers, studies, etc.

[00:04:01] Leaders are saying that they are looking to expand their capacity with digital labor.

[00:04:07] And then, as an agent, in the next 12 to 18 months,

[00:04:11] And they expect their teams to be training managing agents,

[00:04:14] Um, as a whole, within the next 5 years.

[00:04:17] So really, this is like…

[00:04:19] The beginning of that journey.

[00:04:21] More and more so, as we're going to start talking about agent workforces versus just, you know, agents and multi-agent.

[00:04:28] Uh, workflows.

[00:04:30] Um, and the interesting statistics that I, like, came across that I thought was really, like, something to pay attention to.

[00:04:38] is that in the organizations that were part of the study, only 12% of

[00:04:45] the leaders in that organization.

[00:04:47] could tell you, or could give you a list of the agents that they have.

[00:04:51] So, this whole idea of agent sprawl.

[00:04:54] And, you know, it's never been easier to build agents, and everybody's out there, like, building agents and and.

[00:05:00] Creating them in their own teams or their own work… workspaces, etc.

[00:05:04] That there isn't this kind of like.

[00:05:07] ability to really understand and have that governance around.

[00:05:11] What agents we have in our, uh, in our.

[00:05:15] Enterprise or in our organization and what that means.

[00:05:17] Um, so I will leave you that some of the statistics around this for you guys to read. We'll share the deck out later.

[00:05:24] But, you know, a lot of the skills that organizations are now needing from the whole agentic space.

[00:05:30] isn't necessarily using AI.

[00:05:33] It's becoming more around governing, directing, creating this, like, cohesive environment and space for agents to collaborate.

[00:05:40] On a bigger level, more than just single agents, more than just multi-agent workloads, etc.

[00:05:46] And for those of you who graduated Foundations, which was our agent.

[00:05:51] Workflows, how to scale a business with Agentic Workflows course.

[00:05:54] I wanted to, like, let you guys know.

[00:05:57] That what you are able to do is still so.

[00:06:00] phenomenal and core that.

[00:06:03] Only 16% of, you know, people who are within organizations that are, you know, doing this work.

[00:06:10] can direct multi-step work with agents.

[00:06:12] So, really, like, anchoring you back into the stuff that you learned with us.

[00:06:17] Um, in, in, uh, agentic workflows, and that is part of the kind of learnings that we're bringing into agentic Workforce.

[00:06:26] The core principles, but on a much larger, like, scale and a much larger way of orienting yourself around how agents actually work within organizations at an organizational level.

[00:06:38] So that was our little setup to, like,

[00:06:43] This is why this is, this stuff is important and it's not what Sara is saying is cool, so you guys should hop on a trend.

[00:06:49] It's actually something that is incredibly like.

[00:06:52] valuable as a skill set to learn.

[00:06:54] Um, and to have, at this point in time, as organizations are starting to, like, really.

[00:06:59] focus on how we have a coordinated governance around our agents, and how do we actually deploy things in a.

[00:07:05] a way that actually makes sense across teams.

[00:07:07] Uh, Hunter, I saw you, like, unmute, did you want to mention anything?

[00:07:10] Oh, no, I was just gonna say that.

[00:07:13] It is also that Sara says it's cool, but it's backed by real research and we all support her because we are in the cult.

[00:07:21] I love that. Okay, so.

[00:07:25] I have already been talking at you for, like, 5-7 minutes.

[00:07:29] Some rules that we like to say,

[00:07:32] You can ask questions in the chat before we introduce ourselves.

[00:07:35] The mic opens for Q&A later, so I think Hunter has muted you guys, because that's his, like, power move.

[00:07:42] Just so that we can get through all of the content, because there is a bit to get your head around today.

[00:07:49] In terms of especially what orientation… sorry, onboarding is gonna be.

[00:07:53] Um, always be nice, don't be a jerk. Everyone knows that rule. We feel like we have to say it sometimes, because we get these randoms that, like, try to do that.

[00:08:01] But generally not. Generally, we attract good people.

[00:08:03] Very rare, and I'm happy to boot you out of the room. I'll do it in a heartbeat, so

[00:08:08] Love you guys, and don't mess with my people.

[00:08:09] Yeah.

[00:08:13] I love it. And then, yeah, and then we will go through onboarding and, um…

[00:08:18] Yeah, we'll show you some stuff, we'll show you behind the learning management system, we'll show you a few demos and stuff like that, and probably something will break, because it's a, you know, the demo gods.

[00:08:28] We never know. Um…

[00:08:31] But yeah, quick introduction to us. So, uh, we have been teaching on Maven, so…

[00:08:36] Tyler, do you want to say hello? I feel like I've already been rattling off for…

[00:08:40] a lifetime.

[00:08:41] Hello! Yeah.

[00:08:43] Yeah, so we've been teaching on Maven since September of 2024, so it's been 2 years.

[00:08:49] That we've been on here, which has been amazing. Um, and before that, like, what Sarah was kind of saying earlier, we all met.

[00:08:55] Uh, in a community called the AI Exchange. There's even some other folks in here that are OGs from the AI exchange, too.

[00:09:00] And from there, we all started doing project work together, consulting, development.

[00:09:05] Um, like, even before agents existed, we were doing, like, prompt chains and automations in that way.

[00:09:10] It's pretty wild. And had been doing that for businesses of all sizes, and then

[00:09:16] Sara got us on to Maven, and I'm glad that we did, because this was supposed to be a side hustle, and it has turned into our main gig, and it's been…

[00:09:23] It's been really awesome, so excited to have y'all here. And we've had…

[00:09:27] This is our first cohort of agent

[00:09:30] workforce, and…

[00:09:33] Uh, but lordy, like, what the stat says, we have had over, like, 2,500 people go through our

[00:09:38] Classes now, there's more than 15 countries, I know that for sure, we need to go update that.

[00:09:43] Um, it's just, like, very cool to see the…

[00:09:46] Um, like, the impact in the community and the reach that we've been able to have as a whole in here.

[00:09:47] Yeah, yeah. Yeah, and I will say this, our community is.

[00:09:57] phenomenal, uh, in terms of what they're doing, but also who they are as people. We attract good people.

[00:10:03] Uh, that are incredibly intelligent, incredibly…

[00:10:06] Um, generous, and uh… you'll feel that. I always feel like I give this pitch about our community, and then people are like, what?

[00:10:14] But that's not important. I'm here to learn about agent workforces or whatever it is.

[00:10:18] Uh, but, you know, once you're in, it's gonna be really hard for you to, like,

[00:10:22] say no to, like, being within the community and.

[00:10:25] So many people who are actually doing agent workforce with us were there with us since cohort one, two years ago.

[00:10:31] So, it's been really cool to, like, grow alongside you, and the way that Tyler and I teach.

[00:10:36] Uh, is as practitioners, so.

[00:10:39] Yes, there will be content and slide decks and stuff like that, but it's very immersive.

[00:10:44] Um, and we teach, like, we're basically teaching the stuff that we do when we learn.

[00:10:50] And the way that we're growing as an organization is what we're also bringing back into our teachings, into our learnings, and all of the, like,

[00:10:57] Um, you know, how we grow is, like, what we…

[00:11:01] figure out, and then we, like, teach other people how to do. So, it's.

[00:11:06] We teach in that way, so, like, Sarah and Tyler, we're the, uh,

[00:11:11] uh, like, co-founders of AI Build Lab and Hunter, Wade, and Michael are on our team. Hunter, you wanna.

[00:11:18] Do you guys want to say hello so everyone puts a face to their name and things like that?

[00:11:21] Sure. Hey everybody, I'm Hunter Lee Canning, happy to be here.

[00:11:25] I've had the pleasure of knowing Sarah and Tyler since that Slack community that they met in, and I was… Michael and I who you'll meet in a minute.

[00:11:34] Uh, we're also part of that community where we were learning prompt engineering.

[00:11:39] Remember that, and I love that.

[00:11:41] Sammy Altman the other day, was just like, you don't need to know prompts, you need to know loops and graphs. And I was like, yep!

[00:11:48] You're not… you're not wrong, Sammy. You're not wrong.

[00:11:52] So, happy to be here, and let's pass it over to Wonder Boy Wade.

[00:11:56] Hey everybody, uh, really cool to see everybody here, uh, really happy to be here. I'm excited for Workforce a lot. Um, long story short, for me, I was doing a lot of AI training before I met Tyler and Sara, but Tyler and Sara kind of came into my ecosystem, was doing AI training, and they came in, did some really cool stuff with some automations, and…

[00:12:15] I mean, this was like two years ago. So I'm one of the OG cohort one folks here, and it seems like I got sucked in as deep as you can go into the team just because I… everything that they're doing, I love AI is not slowing down whatsoever.

[00:12:19] Yeah.

[00:12:30] There's always something new to chase, new shiny object or a new shiny toy to play with. So I've just been enjoying every bit of it, being on the team, helping everybody and seeing what everybody else has been building. It's been crazy since I came on board in 2026, officially on the team. Just to see the stuff and just the rate at which everybody is accelerating into their AI journeys.

[00:12:50] There's so many case studies and stuff that folks have demoed that is just absolutely mind blowing to see when they came into the circle and where they're at now in just a few months. So I'm excited for anybody here that's new and joining us, like it's going to be wild to see what you're able to do for sure. So very excited for it.

[00:13:07] Yeah, we're super excited, uh…

[00:13:09] Like to see our community for sure what they're up to and to give you a sense, we're not an AI for X, right?

[00:13:18] our community come from people who learn from us,

[00:13:20] come from all sorts of backgrounds, like from marketing to, you know, customer service to product, to…

[00:13:26] you know, their founders or operators, it doesn't matter who you are.

[00:13:30] If you find… if you find the stuff interesting.

[00:13:33] And you want to learn, like, you want the roadmap to go from, like, I'm here and I want to go here.

[00:13:39] You can get there very quickly.

[00:13:41] And the pace at which you are able to, like,

[00:13:46] Grow and have your skills and actually, like,

[00:13:48] build something that is like you would have thought was impossible.

[00:13:52] In just a few weeks is…

[00:13:54] Is that, like, the biggest joy, I guess, like, from seeing people really see that come true for them.

[00:14:00] Um, and we have so many people,

[00:14:02] Uh, in our community who are in that place, and we'll talk about the lab.

[00:14:06] Um, in about in a bit, but that's where we're going to be showcasing a lot of what our community are doing as well in that, um, environment.

[00:14:13] So, this is the journey that we've been on. As you guys, probably a lot of you have been.

[00:14:17] Here, paying attention since early, you know, the early days with chatbots and when ChatGPT first had its moment,

[00:14:23] And then we went into, like, single agents in 2024.

[00:14:26] And 2025 was really like, you know, towards the age of multi-agent workflows.

[00:14:33] Um, and that was the focus.

[00:14:35] And just with the proliferation of the tech, you know, the ability to build agents, to build these workflows, to build.

[00:14:42] You know, what we have available to us and the proliferation of how agents are, we're now entering this like chapter.

[00:14:51] I guess where it's more around agent-native organizations,

[00:14:54] an agent native, um…

[00:14:57] operations and agent teams and things like that, so.

[00:15:00] the… the like.

[00:15:03] focus, or the lens by which we are working with agents has expanded a lot.

[00:15:08] And that's really like, you know, going from this idea of give me an answer, you know, chatbot early days, to do this task for me, to handle this project.

[00:15:17] And now it's like you are.

[00:15:19] able to just outsource so much of your work.

[00:15:22] If you set up your agents and your org the way that it is able to execute for you,

[00:15:27] And you're there directing the work that needs to be done, right? So we're moving from that era of, like,

[00:15:33] Execution using AI.

[00:15:35] Just doing it faster to now becoming the designers of how work gets executed by teams of agents. So that's the role that we're now playing in this world.

[00:15:46] And, you know, in our journey really reflected that as well.

[00:15:50] Um, you know, when we decided to build Agent Workforce, it was not a random thing, it was part of our own experience as an organization.

[00:15:59] how we went from, like, agents protein in the early days, even before agents, like Tyler was saying.

[00:16:05] Trying to make it work with this multi-step process, right?

[00:16:09] to agents, to multi-agent workflows.

[00:16:12] And as the surface area of our agents expanded,

[00:16:15] I know our workflows kind of fed into departments,

[00:16:18] Our departments, then, like, you're in the situation where you have so many agents.

[00:16:23] Uh, that are there to do different functions that you… you become the bottleneck, right? You become the bottleneck of, like, having to.

[00:16:31] Prioritize and and decide on and do all of this work, so.

[00:16:36] You know, the way that we…

[00:16:38] Sold for that is this idea of the chief of staff, which is really definitely having a moment in AI right now.

[00:16:46] Um, but that's the way that we're able to

[00:16:51] reduce the way that we're becoming the bottleneck by having a chief of staff agent.

[00:16:55] that is part of our agent org, so, like, work rolls up to the chief of staff agents, which is what you're gonna learn how to, you know, design and build.

[00:17:03] Um, and as we're moving now towards becoming more and more an agent-native company.

[00:17:08] Um, and we're directing, you know, 5 people directing fleets of agents. We've talked about this in our

[00:17:13] Lightning lessons, where the amount of work that we're able to do, really, as a small team,

[00:17:19] outpaces, like, a 25-plus person team at any one week.

[00:17:23] Um, and that is, you know, that is the business case behind all of this, as, uh, for those people who are looking to.

[00:17:29] you know, implement this for other businesses and learn how to build agent orgs, etc.

[00:17:34] Uh, Tyler, do you want to mention anything? I feel like I'm.

[00:17:38] Taking over the mic right now.

[00:17:40] No, no, this is awesome. No, it's great. Like, I mean, this has been a progression, like Sara said for us, that

[00:17:45] You know, we built out all these different agents, um…

[00:17:48] Over the years for, and they even lived in different ecosystems, right? Like, we had things that lived in Cassidy or N8N or

[00:17:55] uh, directly, like, API calls to the different platforms we were building them from, and…

[00:18:00] trying to keep up with all of those became a whole chore, and so we ended up building out a thing originally called [internal project name omitted],

[00:18:07] That's now just like one component in the way that we manage this, because we were just trying to have

[00:18:11] visibility into what all was happening everywhere.

[00:18:14] And tracking, like, progress through the work, because

[00:18:17] The only way we could describe it was that.

[00:18:24] Reports.

[00:18:25] It's like you've hired all these team members that are now all direct reports to you in one way or another, and trying to, like, keep up and manage that. It's really…

[00:18:27] an impossible task, and so that's why…

[00:18:30] Uh, we developed our own, like, chief of staff agents to help with that, and now,

[00:18:35] It's even gone a step further for us on what we're doing internally of like, we all have our own individual

[00:18:41] Chief of staff agents, and our own, like, personal-type fleets that help us do things both personally and professionally.

[00:18:48] And then we're working towards getting the rest of our, uh, like, team agents and infrastructure put together.

[00:18:54] Because, like, that's.

[00:18:56] I truly believe that that's that is one of the best paths forward, is that we all have our own, like, personal.

[00:19:02] AGI, our own personal fleets, and we pick and choose how they're going to interact with the different people that we interact

[00:19:07] with, uh, on a day-to-day basis.

[00:19:08] Yeah, and it really is like as you were talking about it, Tyler, I

[00:19:13] How do we live in this world? It's so amazing, and so, like, bizarre at the same time. I'm sure a lot of you feel that.

[00:19:20] And like, I also want to, like, say that agentic workflows and all the stuff that we learned does not go away. We still have agentic workflows.

[00:19:29] They exist more as tools in our ecosystem, right?

[00:19:32] So like our agents built and used the agentic workflows.

[00:19:37] So they're still a core part, but what we wanted to do by, uh.

[00:19:41] is, like, expand your world.

[00:19:43] of how you work with agents.

[00:19:47] from, like, you know, multiple agents as part of a team that work together, to this entire, like, org-type ecosystem.

[00:19:53] So as we have expanded the way that we work with agents.

[00:19:57] That's what we're bringing back to you all is like that ability to be able to also expand your worlds.

[00:20:04] And learning from us as people who have implemented it, and then, like, go, okay, what have we learned in this process?

[00:20:11] How do we, like, package it in a way that it can apply and help people?

[00:20:15] And like, you know, really shorten the gap.

[00:20:17] of starting with a blank page and going, how do I build an agent org?

[00:20:21] to, you know, here is one, and here's what we've learned, and now you get to customize, and you get to build out your own agent org, so…

[00:20:27] That's where, you know, our whole thesis around why we're teaching agent workforce.

[00:20:34] And again, to that point, it's like,

[00:20:38] You know, a lot of people know that we're moving towards Asian Native organizations. A lot of people know there are things of

[00:20:44] whole chief of Staffs, and there's departments of agents, and there's

[00:20:48] Sub-agents and multiple agents that work together, specialists as part of a team.

[00:20:52] You know, we have that understanding,

[00:20:55] But it's one thing to have that understanding, and one thing to look at a blank page,

[00:21:00] and go, how the heck do I start? Like, where do I start?

[00:21:04] And how the heck do I know, like, what this actually needs to work, how this works, right?

[00:21:09] And so that's our.

[00:21:12] are, like, um…

[00:21:14] Thinking towards how we're framing, like when you

[00:21:18] are part of agent workforce.

[00:21:20] What you're doing is you're taking an apprenticeship.

[00:21:23] Inside an already working org, so you're not looking at a blank page.

[00:21:27] You're looking at an agent org.

[00:21:30] That has already got the chief of staff that's already got the departments were, like, seating some departments for you.

[00:21:35] We're, um, you know, having multiple agents within the departments that are all specialists, that all do different things.

[00:21:41] You're taking an apprenticeship.

[00:21:43] And inside a working wired org that's already orchestrated, already the parts are all working together.

[00:21:49] And you're learning from that. You're not learning from a blank page, you're looking, you're studying it, you're seeing the parts and how they kind of come together.

[00:21:57] And what is it that makes the org actually work?

[00:22:00] And then, you are basically looking at that, studying it, customizing it, because you want to make it work for you,

[00:22:08] We're giving you, like, the templatized version.

[00:22:10] You're customizing it, but we want you

[00:22:14] to have the ability to build out your agent org beyond this, whether it's for you or for clients, or for your team, or whatever.

[00:22:22] So you're going to be able to clone the org that we give you.

[00:22:26] Right? Take an apprenticeship inside it, and we'll get through a little bit of what to expect week by week.

[00:22:31] See the org working, you know.

[00:22:35] Customize your own work, bring your context, customize the departments, customize the agents, whatever you want to do.

[00:22:41] And then we want you to build your own department from scratch.

[00:22:45] Um, because we want you to have the ability to not just understand how, how it works but the ability to apply.

[00:22:52] The learnings. So you're going to be building your own agent department from scratch,

[00:22:56] Uh, and then, of course, of course, if you guys know us, we're gonna be doing evals.

[00:23:01] So, but the good news for you guys.

[00:23:04] who are, uh, who have been with us.

[00:23:06] Um, there's no notion devotion.

[00:23:09] We've cured Tyler of that, kind of.

[00:23:12] We're not going to be working in Google Sheets on our evals.

[00:23:15] We're leveling up over here, so, um, it's gonna be a completely different experience of how.

[00:23:20] you do it. And so the whole aim of this is that, like, you take the apprenticeship.

[00:23:25] You study what works, you customize it for your own work.

[00:23:30] You build out your own department,

[00:23:33] And well, you know, from what you've learned, and obviously we'll guide you through that.

[00:23:37] You do evaluations, you improve it,

[00:23:40] And the core thing with all of our programs that we want you to do,

[00:23:44] is when you graduate, we want you to be successful in implementing this, whether it's for your team, for other clients, for whatever. So this course is going to be quite focused on that. It's giving you the ability to like.

[00:23:56] Oh, I learned this today, but this is how I would apply it for a client.

[00:24:01] Or, this is how I would apply it for my team outside of my own work.

[00:24:04] So this is the agent org that you inherit.

[00:24:09] There's about 20 agents. We have a faculty.

[00:24:14] Of agents as well, so Gigawatt, of course, everyone's BFF. For those of you who don't know, Gigawatt, gigawatts are everyone's.

[00:24:22] BFF. Agent.

[00:24:24] Um, and we have, you know,

[00:24:26] uh, like, a faculty that's going to help you learn and things like that, and apply, and then, you know, the… your chief of staff and departments and everything like that.

[00:24:34] All wired together, and, like, you'll see that you're building out your own department.

[00:24:38] Um, at the end of it. We'll talk about this later.

[00:24:41] But as part of…

[00:24:43] Like, what you also enroll in, so all of you who have enrolled for even the November cohort.

[00:24:50] Uh, the September cohort.

[00:24:52] Whatever you've enrolled it to date.

[00:24:54] You get 3 months of the lab included.

[00:24:57] The lab is our ongoing membership for, like,

[00:25:01] Continuing education, like continuing to improve on your skills and stuff like that, you have three months of the lab included.

[00:25:07] And part of what we're going to be doing in the lab

[00:25:10] Is, uh, regular blueprint drops.

[00:25:13] So you can keep adding capability to your org as well.

[00:25:17] So we'll talk about that in a minute.

[00:25:19] And I'll talk about what the onboarding of the lab looks like separate from workforce.

[00:25:25] Um, but yeah, you're essentially gonna get, uh, we're gonna show you a demo in a minute.

[00:25:30] Hunter is going to talk you through that, where you're essentially going to take the role of the director,

[00:25:35] You're going to work towards building your own dashboard,

[00:25:38] Where you can see your org running.

[00:25:41] We're going to be working with Claude Code and Codex.

[00:25:44] So, we'll go through that in a minute, and according to the tech stack.

[00:25:48] And then you're going to have your org,

[00:25:50] Which is essentially all of the things that we've wired together and you're going to build out on. And then there's the tools and your machine.

[00:25:56] Um, I'm not going to spend too much time on, like, the architecture pieces and how they come together in this session. It's more.

[00:26:04] For, like, week one when we go into that.

[00:26:06] But just know, like, there is a whole ecosystem around.

[00:26:11] how you're going to be building out your agent org.

[00:26:14] And a lot of the scaffolding we've put in place. So you're basically, you know, customizing, bringing in your contacts and doing the whole thing.

[00:26:21] Um, I think…

[00:26:23] Hunter, this is yours to…

[00:26:27] Fantastic. Okay, cool. Let me just refresh my page. Yeah. So we've been working very, very hard on agent workforce, which internally we've been calling Foundations 3.0. So there's going to

[00:26:43] be a lot of that that carries over in the methodologies, because what is fascinating about now being in the space since it kind of… the ChatGPT release, right, and going through it, is that

[00:26:59] We're exponentially stacking on the things we did before. It's not like it's being completely rewritten, it's being scaled up so that we need to do less as humans, and the tasks that we used to have to do

[00:27:14] more manually or more hand-holding with the AI, they can just do that stuff now, right? So it's still under the hood, and the core foundations of having memory, having evals, having your project separated, and all your data cleaned up

[00:27:31] All of that is now foundational, right? To use the word. So let me show you what we're working with here in this window. Yep. Okay, cool. So just like a little demo surface. So in foundations, or excuse me, in Agent Workforce

[00:27:50] You're going to be learning how to set up your agent org that we've already provided for you. So you'll be getting about 20 agents. We might add more knowing us, because we're extra

[00:28:03] probably is highly likely, plus the faculty agents, and we, you know, what's still tricky about working in Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, these desktop apps

[00:28:18] It can still feel like you're setting up your own black box, right? And we're trying to help with that experience of giving you a workbench, a dashboard, excuse me, that can help you kind of just see what's going on. So, this is our sort of brutalist

[00:28:35] field map vibe that we've adopted for our own branding. And we're going to give you that as a starter kit, but we'll also make it and show you how it's very easy to customize, change the colors, whatever, because this is

[00:28:50] This is a baseline that you could then repackage and set up for clients if that's your jam, right? So if that's what you're doing, if you're building these for other people

[00:29:00] You can just, like, imagine this in any skin. It could be their brand skins, whatever, right? So the way to kind of look at this is, like Sarah was saying, is you're going to have a fleet of agents working with you, you're going to be working on different projects, you're going to be learning how to do evals

[00:29:17] You're going to be learning how to rethink working with AI if you aren't comfortable yet with working with more than just talking to your ChatGPT or to your Claude code or your codex. And for those of you that are coming from camp or whatever

[00:29:34] From our other courses, you're gonna get to go through some of the foundations that we may not have dug into in some of the core stuff in camp and the earlier things, so that you can kind of get your reps in there. So, looking at the dashboard, it can look at, what you're working on, what's been going on through the course, let's say

[00:29:54] And then also you can get a look at your org, where you can see your various agents that you're working with, and you can click on them and learn more about them. And this is going to be in parallel with, let's say, let's see your chief of staff here. This is going to be in parallel with what you're doing in Workforce, right?

[00:30:14] So what you're doing in workforce is you're going through a four-week program. You're gonna be having the LMS that we've built from the learning management system that Wonder Boy Wade has built from the ground up and now I'm sort of hacking my way in there with him and adding some things

[00:30:30] Now we're multiplayering some stuff, which is fun. So you're gonna have your LMS, you're gonna have your experience in Claude Code and Codex with us teaching you, and then you're gonna have this dashboard that's a bit of a mirror of what you're doing, so you can kind of like orient as you're working

[00:30:45] And you can do your evals inside. So we're trying to make evals more of a visual experience that you can really see like, oh, the project I'm working on, and this is what happens. It said something, but it wasn't quite right, whether it's brand voice or whatever

[00:31:04] And it can pop up here, you can leave your feedback, and you can grade it. You know, you can do your pass-fail. So as you're working on projects as well, you'll also be able to, like, see the project you're working on. So, Sara and I did this a little while ago, a few weeks ago, where we had a team of agents

[00:31:22] Look at our knowledge base, research podcasts that we think would be a good fit for SARA to be on, based off of what we're doing, create the assets, write the outreach email, and package it all together to do like a cold drip email

[00:31:39] to various podcasts to book her, get her on the TED stage is my dream. So then you can like see all of like the different pieces that went into it, you know what your

[00:31:56] when you're, like, grading it and evaling it and showing you the different proof. So we're trying to make it so as you're working, you have, like, one place that you can kind of, like, check your work and see how it all connects. The evals, yeah, your knowledge base, your org chart

[00:32:13] And see, you know, what's currently, what you've been working on lately, things like that. And as you move down through, or I guess move up through the course, we have the lab, we have

[00:32:27] winter camp coming up. This is something that you'll be able to return to and customize more and add more to. You could make it more interactive when you get fancy if you're hooking it up into Hermes and things like that. So we're trying to give you the baseline

[00:32:42] of a really powerful start to get you going, and that you can keep building on. And we'll obviously keep shipping updates to it.

[00:32:52] Oh, you're muted, Sara, my dear

[00:32:53] For anyone who's been through foundations, and have done evals, whether you were in Cohort 1 or

[00:32:59] uh, our last cohort, 21.

[00:33:01] You guys know that this is an upgrade, right? Like.

[00:33:04] Um, in terms of, like, oh, even in, like, the workspace, you know, like, we're, uh, we're gonna show you the LMS, the learning management system that Wade custom built for us.

[00:33:13] From scratch, and custom-built not just, like, oh, let's build a website that hosts content,

[00:33:18] It's custom-built for agents and for you and for your work to be, like, so you can co-pilot… I hate that word.

[00:33:25] But you know what I mean? Like, uh, that process, your learning experience within the ecosystem of how exactly it is that we teach, you know, and how exactly it is that we want to teach you.

[00:33:36] So, uh, we'll get to that fun stuff in a minute.

[00:33:39] But as you guys know, we like to have a little bit of, like, skill stacking, you know.

[00:33:44] getting a bit of a roadmap around this. So, for people who are.

[00:33:48] New to our world, we don't just throw spaghetti on the wall and say, hey, learn this, and there's a cool thing happening over this, learn here.

[00:33:56] We're very focused on getting… it's like a roadmap that you're on.

[00:33:59] on getting you to an outcome.

[00:34:01] Our outcome here is that you graduate with a complete agent org.

[00:34:05] You have customized and you have built out for yourself.

[00:34:09] And that you can actually turn what you've learned.

[00:34:12] into money, into client engagements, into things that you're able to productize,

[00:34:18] into things that, like, you're able to do within your organization, within your team, so spend and, you know, be able to, like, replicate what you're learning here.

[00:34:26] So, we've been very intentional around the design of this program.

[00:34:31] Around how we do that. You guys, a lot of you are familiar that we take you through a roadmap every week. We're stacking skills.

[00:34:38] We're stacking the base of what you do every single week so that it, you know, you're, like, on that next rung.

[00:34:44] Of the latter the following week.

[00:34:46] Um, so that's something that we usually do, and this program also we have heard.

[00:34:53] a lot from a lot of you, you're like, help us, like, be commer… like, you know, be able to commercialize us, help us be able to.

[00:35:00] know how to implement that for clients.

[00:35:02] So, Hunter, do you want to talk about through one way that we're going to do that around like the GitHub repos and stuff like that, and how that might?

[00:35:10] [participant].

[00:35:11] Oh, yeah, yeah, sure. Yeah, for sure. So, you know, there's been so for our campers, you know, we really have been in the weeds with you guys about like how to customize these things, how to get in these things and build these things. And sometimes people are like, how could I possibly like set this up for somebody else?

[00:35:27] And there can be that experience of when you're really in the weeds on the cutting edge with things, it can seem like a lot, right? So, we heard that, and we took a step back, and we're like, okay, well, if we're, you know, relaunching this type of work, and it's oriented around

[00:35:43] This new way of working, right? GitHub, if you're not familiar with it, it's a service that you can hold your information and all these things you're building in that you connect to. It's a developer tool, and now it has exploded in popularity and use with AI

[00:36:02] And it's a bit of a maze on how to use it properly, and how to scale with your work, right? So now what we're doing is when you do workforce, you're going to be learning how to go through it

[00:36:17] build your org, set up evals, and do all that. What we are doing this time is now when you're done, you will have the template of everything you already did. So all you would have to do to set this up for a client is connect their data, reskin it.

[00:36:34] Things like that, you wouldn't have to rebuild it from the ground up. We're giving it to you this time

[00:36:39] So for people who are freaked out by the herd GitHub, and you might have heard it on socials and stuff like that.

[00:36:46] I also, like, back in the day, was freaked out about it.

[00:36:51] But think about it as Google Drive for nerds, essentially.

[00:36:54] So that's all it is. And your agents are going to do a great job of actually like.

[00:36:59] Working with GitHub more than you will be working inside GitHub.

[00:37:03] So, uh, we will take the.

[00:37:06] the like.

[00:37:08] We will take a little bit of that edge of like, oh my gosh, they said something that sounds incredibly technical.

[00:37:14] Um, we are being intentional about how we teach and have you work with your agents with GitHub.

[00:37:20] So think it's…

[00:37:29] Yeah.

[00:37:30] Yeah, and the nerds part, yeah, GitHub is Google Drive for nerds and the big nerdy part to take away is with version control and saving your work. So if you're like, oh, I don't want to break something, that's actually the beauty of GitHub is like in a video game, you can save

[00:37:37] At the levels and so you don't have to go back to level one. GitHub does that really well.

[00:37:42] Yeah, so this is a process we're going to go through like high level, week per week.

[00:37:47] Week 1, you're going to meet the org, right? You're going to have the org from week one, because we're going to be starting our apprenticeship inside the org.

[00:37:54] Um, and you're gonna be, like, customizing your chief of staff, you're gonna be, like, working with some rules and things like that.

[00:38:00] So you're gonna, like, start getting acclimated to how you work within the org.

[00:38:05] Week 2 is when we really start personalizing with your context and, you know, your customization of the org itself as well.

[00:38:14] Um, so that you have enough of a, like.

[00:38:16] uh, tactical experience to go, I really know how this stuff is wired and how it works together.

[00:38:22] That in week 3, you have the scaffolding the information, the, like, knowledge of how to actually build out your own.

[00:38:29] Um, and then, you know, and then week… by week 4, we're gonna be like, great, I've built it, does it work, and does it work well?

[00:38:35] And so, that's where we're going to be, like, focusing on doing evaluations, figuring out how to improve our agent workforce and our team performance and things like that.

[00:38:44] And, um, yeah, and then that will be your graduating.

[00:38:48] And I think, like, the thing to focus on is, for those of you who have already seen in the chat, like, familiar agents. Yes.

[00:38:55] We will definitely, a lot of our agents

[00:38:59] are familiar because we love to use them.

[00:39:01] ourselves, and we think that they're really good.

[00:39:03] But we also want you to like.

[00:39:08] Focus… we are going to give you more new agents.

[00:39:11] In the lab, there'll be more agents, more agentic teams that you are able to

[00:39:15] Keep adding to your org. We'll talk about that, but really, like, I want you to focus on the method here, right?

[00:39:21] It's, yes, there's the agent org and yes, there's like these specific agents, and maybe some of them are familiar.

[00:39:27] But it's like the thing that we wanted you to take away.

[00:39:29] is the method of how you are learning and how you can keep adding departments, how you can keep expanding your org, how you can keep expanding your work.

[00:39:38] But yeah, I think now that you've got an orientation around.

[00:39:43] Like the journey of what you're gonna learn and what it looks like.

[00:39:47] Let's talk about what you need to do to get started. Wei, do you want me to drive the slides, or do you want to drive the slides for your part?

[00:39:58] I do.

[00:39:59] Yeah, you can drive them, um, and then just for you, like, let me know if you want me to show the LMS, or, like, how deep I want to go, and maybe we could do that after, just, like, I want to stay on track.

[00:40:06] Okay.

[00:40:07] I'm happy for you… I'm happy for you to do the LMS. I think it's an important part. So if you want to do that first or second, let me know.

[00:40:09] Uh, let's start… let's stick with the slides, since you got them out.

[00:40:12] So one of the things that we used to work in Cassidy in our past programs, and then we've also been working like Hermes and Claude Code in our workshops that we've been doing over the past few months. And we know like really AI, everybody's AI journey is a little bit different and it's really a spectrum. Everybody's coming at it a little bit different.

[00:40:29] So one thing that we've been working on is a new program called Agent Native Essentials, and this program is essentially free. Anybody can take it. If you get into LMS, which I'll show in a second, this is kind of like the level setting kind of, no matter where you're at on the journey, you can.

[00:40:43] come in here, and the way I've been approaching it is teaching it how I would have wanted to taught myself. So, thinking of, like, maybe I'm just one chapter ahead and I when I say that out loud, I've actually been seeing stuff that other folks have been building and I don't know if that's true anymore. So that…

[00:40:59] really the whole thing about this is, like, it's very plain language, how somebody else would teach it, like, again, like, how I would want it taught to myself, talking about GitHub, like, the walkthroughs of Claude and Codex, the desktop apps, like, from every button, and we've got screenshots, and I'll show some of that stuff, too, like, talking about skills and connectors, just…

[00:41:17] Really, the stuff that is fundamental to know, and literally the essentials to be able to start workforce no matter where you're at in your journey with, like, a strong foundation, really. So, um, and then you can go to the next slide, Sarah. And I will show some of this in a moment. So really, if you.

[00:41:32] been with us on their past workshops and we were doing the Agent Native OS workshops, you went through the process of running an installer. So we have kind of the same thing that we're applying here for workforce and in the Essentials program. And on the next slide, I'll talk to that a little bit more. We're really taking a lot of the stuff that we learned from the workshops and where everything is and thinking about what is necessary to get you

[00:41:53] like, the foundational stuff that is going to get you into these ecosystems and these harnesses, and leave you in a good spot, whether or not even if you're joining another paid program with us, this course, you can take it, and it will grow with you, and we're, like, giving you a strong spot to stick.

[00:42:09] And, um, you can go to the next slide, Sara.

[00:42:13] So, like, some of the things that you're going to be installing are very basic things that we already have talked about. So, like, Git, the GitHub CLI, so your agents can just go and do things in GitHub for you. You just need to know, like, hey, I want to make a save here, and it will be able to do it. Node and Python are things that we've added just because your agents will be leveraging those quite a bit.

[00:42:30] The number four there, like the command line twins are just the Claude CLI, the codec CLI, and it's kind of like a… you can have both, or you can just do one or the other, but that's going to open up another world of possibilities, like using your terminal. Again, like, you don't have to do anything, it's just working in the background for you.

[00:42:46] Uh, Secrets Guard is something that we've built internally, and you won't be, like, using API keys in Workforce or anything like that, but we want to have that in there, because again, like this, we're setting you up with the ecosystem that's going to grow with you. And chances are, as you start to get familiar with these tools,

[00:43:02] Before the end of it all, you will be using an API key, and what the Secrets Guard does is it protects it from ever leaking or your agent's kind of exposing it, so you don't have to worry about like security things on that front. And it works for Claude and Codex.

[00:43:15] And then the other thing for Mac only users is like Homebrew and some of the prereqs that you just need to run these systems. But the installer does everything for you. So you literally, and we have step-by-step guides. Like if you foundations program or even the other workshop, we have click-by-click step-through guides. And something I just told Sara and Tyler earlier today,

[00:43:33] was, I think I'm gonna plan on doing, like, kind of like, I don't know if it's one or two, um, sit-down installation settings, or sessions with folks, where, I mean, it's gonna help me, personally, like, kind of see where the gotchas are, so I can help everybody else down the road. But, uh, one

[00:43:48] One thing I'm proud to say is like when we did this step in the workshop, we had 100% success rate. We had folks coming from all over the spectrum, and every single person that went through this process was able to operate in Claude Code at the time was what we were operating. So, like, I'm proud to say that because we had folks that

[00:44:05] Literally had never used Claude. They signed up for Claude or Codex, and we got them through the finish line and threw stuff on their terminal, and it's very, very simple. So, um, don't overthink it. Like, that's what I'm trying to do, is just, like, level set everybody, that if this stuff is at all intimidating to you, like, we have the support to help you, no matter where you're at. So, you can go

[00:44:22] Go to the next slide. Okay.

[00:44:23] Yeah, and I think, like, um, one thing is, if you're looking at this and going.

[00:44:26] How do I do what is Node and Python and what is CLI and stuff? Like, that's what the installer does for you.

[00:44:33] Mm-hmm.

[00:44:34] So, this is the kind of…

[00:44:37] I guess, well, how would you call it? Wade, like, the accesses, or, like, what the abilities that we are giving you as part of the installer for you to be able to do this stuff.

[00:44:46] But you do not have to go and, like,

[00:44:49] individually figure things out, basically, right?

[00:44:52] Yep, and in those essentials lessons, I literally break down all this stuff as, like, the most plain way and again, like, how I would want it taught to me. I am not, like, I should also say, like, I am non-technical. I come from, I don't have a computer science degree or anything, I, and just like everything else Sar has been saying, like, we're practitioners of this stuff.

[00:45:08] So we've just been using it and we're just like, we understand exactly

[00:45:13] it should be broken down versus how it was actually built in the first place before AI, when mostly computer science people and technical people that were doing coding by hand were using it. But we're still leveraging that technology now, but our agents are able to use it on our behalf.

[00:45:27] For this slide, yeah, go ahead.

[00:45:33] I guess you could say that.

[00:45:34] Wade, I would say you were non-technical. Now you are much more technically savvy, right? That word is bendy, is bendy, you know?

[00:45:35] It is. Yeah.

[00:45:37] Yeah, that is true. I would say a lot of folks feel that way, actually, too, now.

[00:45:41] Yeah, totally. And like having the installer will help you will this technical stuff up front that you don't need to fully understand at that moment, but we are going to teach to it so you do understand. But it's like the as Wade likes to call it, the copy paste monkey where you're just

[00:45:59] taking one thing and putting in Claude, and you're like, I don't know, we're gonna speak to that, but the installer removes a lot of those steps, as does a lot of other things that we've built into Workforce, because we've learned a lot over the past three months teaching these things, and how we can now lean more on

[00:46:15] your codex or your Claude, or your Hermes, or whatever you're using to do a lot of those steps for you, but then you understand them.

[00:46:22] Yeah, and I personally know from experience, it can be scary to get in your terminal, and I always joke around, and you'll see in the lessons, too, like, I always felt like as soon as I got in my terminal, I would turn my computer in, like, the most expensive paperweight on the market, because I would break something. So, I promise you, like, none of that has happened yet so far. Um, and again, we've had

[00:46:40] quite a few folks go through, like, hundreds of folks go through, so, um, you should feel pretty confident in that. And, like, what we have here on this slide is kind of the setup that we've changed since the past workshop. Hunter's worked on this a lot, and we've kind of brainstormed, like, the best route for this. Um, one thing that we've seen with Camp and the workshops that we've had in the past is, like, just knowing which repos that you should work on. So just think of it like when I say repo, which folders you should work on on your computer.

[00:47:04] So the installer is literally just gonna be one line that you give your Claude. It's going to go through step by step, very instructionally, like what you need to do. And ultimately, what it's going to do is set up a folder on your machine called my workbench. You can change the name whenever you want, whatever you want to name it, Tyler and Sara use one called Founders Lounge, Hunter uses one called the controller. So it's really like we all kind of operating from this like central ecosystem.

[00:47:29] And we'll talk more about this on Monday for like the actual, like, I promise you, if you go through the installer, it's going to be super easy. I keep joking with the team that's going to be like laughable how easy it will be. But…

[00:47:43] if you're looking at this image closely, like, you'll have the My Workbench, and each of these are kind of like new spokes that are gonna go onto it, like, which your main folder is going to do, and that helps you, like, whether or not if you want to join multiple programs with us, like the lab, which is already two programs that you get for the three months,

[00:47:58] But also we want to have it because we operate from this ecosystem. We have other repos that we build and work from, like projects like the LMS that I'm about to show you in a second and just other stuff, but also so you can build things for like, this is a good model for your clients and you can always get the latest and greatest.

[00:48:15] If you've taken foundations with us in Notion, you know, sometimes we make changes and it's very hard for us, or it was hard for us because Notion wasn't like the perfect LMS to update things cohort to cohort. Now we can do that with versioning and we can make sure whatever happens between your cohort and another cohort down the road, you will always be able to get the latest and greatest from us.

[00:48:35] Um, whether we add agents like Hunter was talking about. So that's kind of a…

[00:48:41] visual breakdown, and we'll talk more about that on Monday when we have the first call for Agent Workforce, but this is going to be the same model we use for all of our programs going forward.

[00:48:45] Yeah. Yeah, so we like we wanted…

[00:48:52] A set up and you know the team have done a phenomenal job thinking through, like, future, future proofing.

[00:48:58] Um, to make sure that you are.

[00:49:01] you know, like, that we… because you guys know how fast this stuff moves, right?

[00:49:06] So that we are able to, like, keep up and, like, keep, uh, our material up to date and all of that, and then you guys get the, you know, benefit from that as well.

[00:49:14] Um, and be able to, like, have a scalable model around how you work with us, because there are different programs and different things, so.

[00:49:21] Um, I think the team's done, like,

[00:49:23] Great job thinking through this. We do our best to kind of think you through.

[00:49:27] I won't go into this, this is going to be more around, like, week one and expectations about how you're gonna, like, how the workspaces are all gonna work. They will make… it will make more sense to you.

[00:49:36] Once we, uh, once you set up the workspaces, but we'll go through more of this kind of like.

[00:49:41] Orientation on Monday.

[00:49:43] in terms of, like, what are the actual

[00:49:45] core, like, components of the different parts. Like, I've got Claude Coder Codex I got.

[00:49:51] The, you know, the dashboard over here, I've got github over here, so we will make that ecosystem make more sense to you.

[00:49:57] Um, but, uh, I think… did you want to share around the LMS?

[00:50:03] While we're here, Wade.

[00:50:06] Yeah, yeah, um, absolutely.

[00:50:09] So again, like Sarah's been saying, like one thing that we, so think of it this way. You're getting invited to these GitHub repos, which I see some chats here going like, what is a repo? You're thinking about your targeting repo. A repo is really just a folder with a bunch of files and markdown files, TXT.

[00:50:25] computer files on your main machine that you've already worked with, I assure you. But what you want to think about is, you know, that isn't very the… that's not human compatible to look at these folders. You don't know what's in there. It's hard to ask questions if you don't even know what questions to ask. So one of the things that we built was an LMS, which is a learning management system to house all this for us humans to visualize this stuff.

[00:50:47] Kind of, it literally is a learning management system. So you can go through the cards, you can, it's agent native in regards to, you can copy buttons and give them to your agents and pick up right exactly at where you are in the card. So that is the purpose of why we built this. It's fully custom and I'll share my screen and kind of show you how the current state is.

[00:51:06] Again, one of those things that we're constantly always iterating on and adding new features as things change. So right here is the dashboard. When you log into learn.ai Build Lab, this is like where you would be brought to the program that you're enrolled in will be front and center for you. There's the next seven days, you know exactly what sessions are happening, so you don't ever have to worry exactly when sessions are going on. And even in the bottom left here, you can see.

[00:51:30] And this will change dynamically. Like if there was a live session right now, it'll literally have like a recording live button, you can just join straight from there. For any of the programs that you're enrolled in. I'll click in here in a moment just to show you the Agent Native Essentials, but you can see all the programs that you're enrolled in. You'll see Agent Workforce is going to be opening Monday.

[00:51:47] The lab is here. If Sara wants me to click into this and show the perks and deals, I can, but that is another thing that's very heavily tied to the lab. So feel free to interrupt me at any time, Sarah.

[00:52:01] Okay.

[00:52:02] Um, if you want to show Agent Essentials first, and then we'll go into, like, the lab and stuff like that, yeah.

[00:52:03] And if you have other past programs, like, one of the things that we have talked about is the agent native OS Workshops. I'm sure that we're going to be doing more workshops, like we already plan on doing an Agent Team HQ one. So, if you've been in other programs that aren't available anymore, you can just come in here and still access those, um, for sure.

[00:52:19] Down here is actually a dynamic calendar, so whatever programs are in here, think of it like a Google cow with color coding. If you're in multiple programs, you'll have different views here. And then the other thing, too, is as Tyler and Sarah like to do, that anytime you join a program with us,

[00:52:34] You get a complimentary rollover. So you really get like two tickets of entry, because we know life happens. There things that go on, and we want to support you no matter what, and we want to see you hit the finish line. So you can always come in here and see when the next cohorts are happening, so you know, and I think we're actually gonna roll in so you can actually re-enroll yourself, um, for when you're ready to join these cohorts.

[00:52:53] That's a cool feature that we added as well, just so you can always stay on top of what's going on. In Agent 8 of Essentials, this is kind of the operating hub that you'll be working on. And again, this is what you're going to be going on or going through before next week on Monday. You're just going to be going through here. I have disclaimers here because I know there's folks that have been in camp and they've already went through the installer process.

[00:53:14] Because this installer is a little bit different,

[00:53:17] And some of this stuff might be a refresher for you. I encourage you just to skim through it, but I definitely want everybody, no matter where you're at, to do the lesson three, which is install the app. And if I click in here, you can see I literally have step-by-steps of Codex, Claude code, click-by-click, whether you're on a Mac

[00:53:34] windows, you can come up on any of these lessons and come up here to this matrix and click this and it will change the whole cards and stay that way for whatever operating system you're on and whichever one you're doing. Because, I mean, some folks, you might be in Claude and you might be want to investigate Codex down the road or you have both subscriptions. So we meet you wherever you're at and support you in that regard.

[00:53:54] We have all kinds of screenshots here, exactly how it looks, like, running through this stuff, so you should feel, again, very confident that no matter where you're at on this journey, you're gonna be able to get to the finish line. So that's always our goal here in AI Build Lab, is to support everybody wherever they're at.

[00:54:10] Um…

[00:54:12] I won't spend too much more time on this, but the other thing that I want to show off, which I'm sure we're gonna show more off on for everybody that's, I mean, everybody here is that is joining us for Agent Workforce gets those three months of the lab. One of the things that we've been working on is a perks and deals. So curating this deals like library of a lot of AI deals, other deals, like with even Stripe.

[00:54:34] You can come in here and redeem this stuff to help… I mean, there is no shortage of tools. Tyler is, like, always bring up a new tool on our Friday sessions that nobody has heard of. So it's like, there's an endless amount, and we want to try to give everybody the best bang for your buck and here to, like, kind of save you some money and get some

[00:54:52] Really cool deal, so you can come in here and redeem those as part of the lab. So, um, I'll stop the screen share, um, here, and happy to answer questions in Slack or anything about this stuff, too.

[00:55:03] Wade, what's the silly total number of, like, how much money you're saving in deals? Do you remember?

[00:55:08] It's in the millions, yeah.

[00:55:09] Yeah. It's like yeah

[00:55:10] If you were to spend a million dollars, you would save a million dollars.

[00:55:15] It's like, you know, uh, it's like negotiated perks and stuff like that. Sometimes they do have, like, where you have to… a pre-qualification, like, you can't have an existing account, you just set up another one, whatever.

[00:55:26] Um, but it's something that we're very, like.

[00:55:29] excited about, because we know that the stuff, like, especially our community, you guys are tinkerers, right? You like to like.

[00:55:36] Figure things out and play around and do things like that, so we wanted to bring this to you.

[00:55:41] Like, probably in the lifetime of that you will use the tools. There's tens of thousands that you will save.

[00:55:46] from the perks program.

[00:55:48] The PERCS program is associated with the lab. So I will like level set here because now we're talking about

[00:55:56] three different things, right? Or four different things.

[00:55:58] So let me explain everything.

[00:56:01] Agent Workforce is the 4-week program that you're enrolled in, where you're going to clone our agent or customize and, uh, you know, build out your own department, do evals, get the dashboard, that whole thing.

[00:56:11] Um, as part of the prerequisite.

[00:56:15] into agent workforce, a four-week program.

[00:56:18] There's agent native essentials.

[00:56:20] That it's, it's designed for people who are like

[00:56:24] I don't know where on my way around Claude Code. Help me get, like, ready for, for.

[00:56:29] The session on Monday and stuff like that, so there's modules there that you can go through.

[00:56:34] And it includes the installer. Everybody has to do the installer.

[00:56:38] Uh, so that's Module 3, or whatever Wade said.

[00:56:41] Um, so even if you've done camp or the Agent OS or whatever, you have to do the.

[00:56:46] The one module which installs the thing so you get the Agent Workforce Workbench, right?

[00:56:51] But for the rest of you who are like, I need to, like, school up, there's content around that.

[00:56:57] So that's agent native essentials. That's a prerequisite, free, complimentary. It will be available for you when we do the onboarding later today.

[00:57:04] And then Agent Workforce starts on Monday.

[00:57:06] Now, for those of you who are enrolled, whether you enrolled in September or whether you enrolled in the November cohort of Agent Native Essentials.

[00:57:15] You have complementary access to 3 months of the lab.

[00:57:19] The lab is our ongoing membership.

[00:57:22] Uh, that we're just getting started. Honestly, it's gonna be our first orientation this Friday. You will.

[00:57:27] have invites and everything sent to you.

[00:57:29] And then we start our first session on Tuesday.

[00:57:31] And it's a mix of, like, expert sessions, so we're going to bring people from outside the community, not even talking about AI, talking about how to successfully sell us stuff out in the real world.

[00:57:40] How to, like, do your content.

[00:57:42] We're going to have some vendors click come in.

[00:57:44] Uh, we're gonna have a lot of, like,

[00:57:47] AI Build Lab sessions as well that are

[00:57:50] you know, here's a blueprint drop.

[00:57:52] Or here's a new agent team that you can add to your org.

[00:57:56] Um, and every Friday, we have what we call 8D office hours.

[00:58:01] So it's like so famous in our community, the eighth dimension. This is where Tyler takes you every Friday.

[00:58:08] Where, uh, like, it's like bleeding edge stuff as well.

[00:58:12] So, uh, we will share more information about that, but that's included for you guys, and the perks program is associated, so from September, like, mid-September to mid-December, that's included for you guys.

[00:58:22] You can… you don't have to continue beyond that.

[00:58:25] Uh, you can enjoy it while you have it, and you can decide, it's not for me, don't like you people.

[00:58:31] Whatever. Uh, that's gonna be, uh, your choice. It's not, you're not locked into anything.

[00:58:37] And, you know, the program exists independently.

[00:58:40] of, um, of the lab as well.

[00:58:43] So, uh, let's talk about tools, because we did talk about Claude Code or Codex.

[00:58:48] As your options, you know, that's kind of like your…

[00:58:51] engineering room or you're, like, building room, and, like, how you're gonna work with those tools.

[00:58:56] And people are like, how much are we gonna spend? And it's like.

[00:58:59] I don't know how to answer that question, because we don't know how much you're already spending in these… within these tools also.

[00:59:05] So, at a bare minimum, you need to be on, like, you know, the $20, whatever, month.

[00:59:10] Uh, option.

[00:59:12] But expect to bump up. You know, like, if you're already, like, very, you know, you're in that environment, and you're, like, building a lot of stuff, and you're using it regularly.

[00:59:19] Okay, you're adding one more way that you're gonna work with it.

[00:59:22] Um, this is a month long, you know, this program, so just, like, factor that in.

[00:59:27] In terms of how you're going to work with that.

[00:59:29] GitHub, so this is, like, what's necessary, you know, GitHub is free. Again, think GitHub, Google Drive for nerds.

[00:59:36] Uh, ways that your agents can do stuff for you, like.

[00:59:40] You know, in a much more like effective way.

[00:59:42] And that, you know, you're going to be setting that up as part of the early part of the process.

[00:59:48] Um, later, we're going to introduce, like, Langfuse. So Langfuse is going to be the tool that you're going to use to capture the data that you're going to be.

[00:59:56] Using for your evaluations. It sounds it sounds really.

[01:00:01] like, technical, and maybe if you poke your, you know, if you look at your

[01:00:06] Inside a lengthy, you're like, what am I looking at? But we're gonna, like,

[01:00:10] simplified the, what you need to pay attention to.

[01:00:14] In the evaluation portion.

[01:00:16] That also has a free.

[01:00:19] plan for 30 days, and I think if you want to continue with it, is it like $8 a month or something like that.

[01:00:27] Right.

[01:00:32] Yeah, that's right.

[01:00:34] Yeah.

[01:00:35] It's actually continuously free, but the catch with the 30 days thing is that your data, it only retains the data for 30 days. But you can… then it'll retain it for the next 30 days, right? So we set up a thing where you can export your data for free

[01:00:41] Yeah.

[01:00:49] Yeah.

[01:00:50] So that you can just stay on the free plan, which honestly, when you're starting, is totally enough, and it's not that hard to… like, we have that thing set up for you, so it's another bonus that we made

[01:00:54] Yeah, and we are, as much as possible, trying to keep the core part of this program.

[01:01:00] Like, just to bare minimum of, like, what your spend is.

[01:01:03] But we are going to have bonus things like sessions that go, hey, you did this, now this is how you can make it even better with these tools.

[01:01:12] And most of these tools have, like, you can choose to go down that path, basically.

[01:01:16] And most of these tools have, like, you know, free credit systems and stuff like that to a certain amount, so.

[01:01:22] It's a choice that you get to make, essentially.

[01:01:24] Versus us trying to, like, you know, lock you into anything.

[01:01:28] Um, Hunter, anything?

[01:01:34] Yeah.

[01:01:35] Yeah, and the EXA and the firecrawl, yeah, those are APIs that help you search for things, scrape things down on the internet, and they both give you free. The first hit is free. They give you some credits, which are actually like

[01:01:41] Yeah. Yeah.

[01:01:43] I'd say a generous amount to experiment with, and those are also… one is a subscription fire crawl, Exa is pay-as-you-go, so you can just, like, fill up your piggy bank. And honestly, I will put like $10 in EXA, and I get a long ride. Like, I use that thing all the time

[01:02:04] So price-wise, they're not too bad, but also with the

[01:02:10] With the, the… the free credits, it'll kind of give you a sense of, like, how it works, and you don't need them for this course. They are just

[01:02:21] you know little bit of superpowers for extra research and grabbing data and stuff. We use them nonstop every day. We're not affiliated with them. We love them. If you know anybody at those companies, send them our way. I would love to talk to them, because we're super fans. But again, it's optional, and yeah, some people say, like

[01:02:39] they really, really love it, you know, maybe for our… for our returners, shout out if you, you know what tools you actually use and what tools you don't, because that's where we really learn, is from what you guys actually do.

[01:02:45] Yeah. And like, this is a different way of us, you know, especially for people who have only experienced foundations because we were tied to Cassidy and that system there.

[01:02:59] now, it's like, you're not dependent on us, right?

[01:03:02] You're not like, oh, I'm on their ecosystem, I'm in their spaces, and, like, I have access to their stuff.

[01:03:09] So we wanted to make this so it's not so much a codependent relationship anymore.

[01:03:13] But that you have the independence.

[01:03:15] With your own stack, you know, everything is like, you know, you inherit and you customize and everything like that.

[01:03:22] And you get to make choices around the tooling, and we'll, like, include additional bonus.

[01:03:27] you know, modules and stuff like that for you to go.

[01:03:30] Oh, that was really cool. What can I do more like around this? But that's a.

[01:03:36] A choice you get to make, so…

[01:03:38] Okay, so that was the tech stack, and we will cover all of this in our recap, uh, email and stuff like that we send later today.

[01:03:45] Um, so for those of you who are joining us for the first time.

[01:03:49] This is how we work, okay?

[01:03:51] On the learning management system that you saw,

[01:03:55] You know, you saw Agent Native Essentials, there was like cards, and then there's, like, instructions, and there's copy-paste prompts.

[01:04:01] And there's step-by-steps and everything like that. So…

[01:04:05] Um, how we work is on Monday, we…

[01:04:09] Teach as a team. Here are the core concepts that you need to know, and any kind of demos or anything that we need to do so that you guys really understand.

[01:04:18] Oh, this week, this is what I'm doing, here's what I really need to understand and latch onto.

[01:04:22] And this is why. And then this is what I need to do.

[01:04:26] That is like the live teaching moment.

[01:04:29] Um, so that happens around 11.30 ET on Mondays.

[01:04:33] Um, that will be on the learning management system. It's already in your, uh…

[01:04:38] in your Maven, whatever calendar. By the way, nobody's gonna be getting access to the stuff on Maven, I just want to be clear on that.

[01:04:45] All of it is going to exist in the learning management system.

[01:04:48] Um, because Maven cannot… is not custom to us, right? So you'll get access to that. Maven will send you reminders, basically.

[01:04:54] How you view Maven.

[01:04:56] Fridays, this is our second lifetime.

[01:04:59] Um, that we do in the week.

[01:05:01] That is our office hours.

[01:05:03] And this is the first time, and I think that you guys are gonna love this.

[01:05:07] Um, because traditionally we've had office hours separated to programs.

[01:05:13] And then we were like, wait a minute, how do people know what's possible? How do people like.

[01:05:18] really see what's out there, and see how far they've come from whatever, you know.

[01:05:23] And so we are doing a combined office hours,

[01:05:26] Where the whole community, no matter what program you're in, as long as you're in a live program.

[01:05:30] We're going to do office hours together on 2 o'clock on Fridays,

[01:05:34] I will say that in Maven, it currently says 11:30.

[01:05:37] I will move that to 2 o'clock Eastern.

[01:05:41] On Fridays, but I did not want to do that because we had to play some Zoom room Jenga.

[01:05:48] With Zoom calls, and if I change the time, you would have got a notification. And then if I changed the Zoom room, you would have got another notification. You were like, who the heck

[01:05:56] These people are so disorganized. So I'd rather get that done at once. So now that I have the Zoom room set,

[01:06:02] Uh, you will see that in your Maven calendar, like, notification Maven that's moved to 2 o'clock Eastern, and it will give you the link.

[01:06:09] So, that's, like, the core times.

[01:06:12] And then we also have homework huddles.

[01:06:15] So, homework huddles are times where, you know, you're doing the material, you're midweek, you're working through stuff.

[01:06:22] And you'll… you're already going to get a ton of support.

[01:06:25] In Slack, which we'll talk about the community,

[01:06:28] Plus, um, plus a way that you're going to work with your agents is going to look very different, because your agents are going to really help you with.

[01:06:35] you know, troubleshooting and getting things forward.

[01:06:37] But we're… we like to be human around here, too.

[01:06:40] And sometimes you just need to talk to a human, not a bot.

[01:06:43] So our human is Wade.

[01:06:46] And wait, wait.

[01:06:47] We'll talk to humans about bots.

[01:06:49] Yeah, and right, yeah, that's right, that's what the Thursday sessions are for. They're unstructured sessions, they're 10 a.m. Eastern, 7 p.m. Eastern, because we have people from all different time zones.

[01:06:59] Um, and, uh, it's unstructured time, you just show up and you screen share, and you go.

[01:07:05] I'm really stuck on this, or help me figure this thing out.

[01:07:08] So, it's not… you do not have to, like, you have to show up.

[01:07:13] Okay, I'm gonna, like, backtrack. It's unstructured time, is what I'm trying to say. So don't come in expecting a lesson.

[01:07:18] You can learn from other people's questions, but it's not teaching time, it's like troubleshooting.

[01:07:23] understanding, it's not, like, formal education, but it's, like, to help get you unstuck, to help get you unblocked.

[01:07:29] And you ask the questions, so you lead the sessions really there.

[01:07:32] And then our Slack community. So as part of our onboarding that we're going to kick off later today.

[01:07:38] Um, we will bring you into our Slack. There'll be a new cohort Slack, so you get to geek out with your new friends.

[01:07:45] Um, our Slack community is…

[01:07:47] Um, incredibly, like.

[01:07:50] We just are so happy, grateful for all of you guys. I know a lot of you are not even in any of our programs and just showed up because you like to hang out with us and we like to hang out with you.

[01:07:59] There are phenomenal, generous, abundance mindset people.

[01:08:04] You will geek out, you will find your crew, you're going to meet IRL.

[01:08:09] It all gets organized independent of us, by the way, and we love that.

[01:08:13] Um, so our, our community is

[01:08:15] incredible, and I encourage you, once you're settled into, like,

[01:08:19] You know, look around and see what.

[01:08:22] vibes with you and get into more of those channels.

[01:08:25] And yeah, so that's really around.

[01:08:29] Like the, what to expect.

[01:08:31] As I mentioned, the lab is included for the first three months if you enroll.

[01:08:36] And in September or November, we're starting the orientation for that on Friday.

[01:08:41] So if you're newer, I will add you to the orientation call invite.

[01:08:45] Um, and.

[01:08:48] You will not see an invitation.

[01:08:50] On your email, you will just open your calendar and see that it's there.

[01:08:55] Basically, I just found that app from a few people who were like, I didn't get the invite! I'm like, I see you there! And they're like, oh wait, it's showing on my calendar, so just a heads up on that.

[01:09:04] And there is what we're going to talk about the lab.

[01:09:07] Um, where it's, like, more continuity, geeking out, uh, like, learning what to expect there.

[01:09:15] How to access the perks, you know, what the schedule is looking like, you know, and what to expect from that whole thing. So that happens on.

[01:09:23] October, so it's basically… you get 3 months of the lab, which is, like, 567 or 87 or something like that, dollars.

[01:09:29] included in your enrollment, because we think that you should have it.

[01:09:34] Um, yeah, and like, like I said,

[01:09:37] Uh, it's gonna be fun, fun times ahead, uh, and challenges, and you're gonna learn new stuff.

[01:09:42] Um, I think we already mentioned this,

[01:09:44] But we have… we have done this from the beginning.

[01:09:47] But anytime you enroll in one of our programs,

[01:09:51] You are able to do a repeat.

[01:09:53] Because it's really important to Tyler and I.

[01:09:55] that you not just come here to learn and be like, whoa, that was a lot, and like, I learned a lot,

[01:10:01] We want you to be fluent in this.

[01:10:03] So that's what the second round is for. So you can go through the whole program.

[01:10:06] Right, with us live and do your whole thing, and then come back and build another department out. Come back and learn a new thing, make some adjustments to what you learn, right?

[01:10:16] Uh, we want you to get better, and we want you to be fluent, and we want you to be confident.

[01:10:21] leaving… we hope you never leave.

[01:10:23] But, you know, graduating from one program to being able to, you know, confidently be able to, like, take it forward into the real world. So that's what the second.

[01:10:32] The second complementary round is 4.

[01:10:34] You do have live access… sorry, lifetime access to the material.

[01:10:39] Like the learnings, and all of it.

[01:10:41] But the live sessions are where it's, like, you know, to, uh…

[01:10:45] two cohorts, basically.

[01:10:47] It's kind of like, you know, you watch a movie like Inception and you're like, that was wild, but I missed so much. You get to rewatch it. You don't have to rent the movie again. You get to come on back.

[01:10:58] Yeah. All right. I was, I've been talking a lot. Wade.

[01:11:04] Do you want to?

[01:11:06] Yeah.

[01:11:07] You nailed it 1221. And we said this was going to be 90 minutes. And I always say that doesn't count Q&A, but we are nailing it. You are nailing it. You are a boss

[01:11:16] B.

[01:11:18] Love it. So Wade, Wade, Hunter, do you want to go through the checklist of things that we're, you know, for onboarding, basically?

[01:11:29] Yeah, I would give that to Wonder Boy Wade can kick us off.

[01:11:32] Yeah, so I don't know if this slide is, like…

[01:11:33] Oh, wait, sorry.

[01:11:35] You froze a little bit, Sarah. Yeah.

[01:11:36] Oh, my internet completely, like, went. Sorry.

[01:11:39] Yeah, you're good.

[01:11:41] Yeah.

[01:11:42] Okay, okay.

[01:11:43] Oh, you're fine. We got the context. You were handing the torch over to us, yeah

[01:11:44] So, I don't know if this slide is, like, perfectly, like, in order. I don't know if there necessarily is, like, a sequential order you have to follow, and we were for sure going to send you, like, I'm gonna shoot a video kind of walking through this stuff, and kind of breaking it down as well that we'll include in, like, the email or something, and that's another thing, like, we'll send you an email with all these details to kind of get you

[01:12:01] oriented with everything that we've thrown at you today. Um, but long story short, like, you will be getting an invite to a GitHub team, um, that is one thing. Definitely think about Claude Code or Codex. Again, you'll have the ability to go into the Essentials program, kind of snoop around, learn some of this stuff, so it's not like you have to pick this

[01:12:20] immediately. You can, like, think about it, do a little judging on that stuff. Um, definitely go through the Agent Native Essentials program. Um, whether or not you've been with us or not, like, definitely skim through it if you've… if you feel like you're really an advanced user, but go through the installer no matter what, wherever you're at on that spectrum.

[01:12:38] And then a lot of the stuff that we have that we haven't really shown off today is we… the community lives on Slack, so you'll get invited to a private Slack channel for both Agent Workforce and the lab. I would imagine the lab when you'll get invited to later on Friday, um, sometime that…

[01:12:53] during that time. And then, like, the slide says, Monday at 11.30 AM, that will be our first session, and we'll kind of go over how to, like, plug in the workbench to the workforce repo, and all the course materials, and kind of give you a lay of the land of how that looks in the LMS and how to navigate that. And I might be missing a few things,

[01:13:11] Long story short, if you go through the installer, you're going to be in a really good spot on Monday when we have that first live session.

[01:13:17] Yeah. We are going to send out like an email or communication at the end of the day. By the end of the day, you will have like, here's what you need to do.

[01:13:26] Do this, do that, do this, do that. Um, and then you're gonna be like, you know, you have, like, a framework to work with between now and Monday.

[01:13:33] Um, but I think that is us.

[01:13:38] Oh yeah, sorry, I know there's a… I totally forgot. We invited some people here that are not enrolled.

[01:13:44] Hopefully, you enjoy the session and had some laughs, maybe a little confused, that's okay.

[01:13:50] Um, but if you want to join us on Monday or on November 2nd, because we're running another cohort.

[01:13:56] On November 2nd, so that will be cohort 2.

[01:13:59] And this stuff sounds interesting to you, and you want to build your own agent org, you want to implement it for clients, you wanna make.

[01:14:06] consulting business out of it, whatever it is that you're, you know, whatever your jam is.

[01:14:10] Um, there is a 25% off

[01:14:13] code we can, you can use that also still includes 3 months of the lab. So even within that.

[01:14:20] Um, you can, you know, if you enroll, even if you enroll in the November 2.

[01:14:25] Um, cohort.

[01:14:27] As long as your enrolment comes, like, before we start class.

[01:14:31] Then we can get you into the lab, basically. And that's complimentary. And yeah, like we said, every enrollment comes with two.

[01:14:38] So, hopefully that was it. Tyler, I feel like I overspoke.

[01:14:43] like, over… on top of everybody today, so if you wanted to make… maybe mention a few things, or things that you've seen in the comments that, uh, would be useful for other people to know.

[01:14:52] Yeah, for sure. Uh, well, first off, it was just nice to sit back and chill. It's what.

[01:14:56] And our team meeting this morning, I was like, Michael, you and I just get to, like, sit in here and do orientation. It's gonna be fun.

[01:15:01] No, it's awesome, y'all. So, one thing I did want to say, because I've seen a lot of questions asking about, like, rollovers and all that kind of stuff.

[01:15:08] In our new system, now that we're all in our own LMS on

[01:15:13] Like, our own stack end-to-end, when you buy, uh, no matter if you're buying it from, like, Maven, or our own website or anything.

[01:15:19] You're actually gonna get, like, two tickets, and we're even trying to have fun with, like, the UI of this.

[01:15:24] So that when you, like, cache it in or whatnot, to take one of the courses, it'll have, like, a little animation around that.

[01:15:31] But that allows you to…

[01:15:34] Like, self-select when you want to take a future cohort as well, which is pretty nice.

[01:15:38] Um, but yeah, let us know on, um, if you've been in a previous cohort. This is.

[01:15:44] Like a new course, so if you've been in Foundations 2.0 or something in the past.

[01:15:49] Like, ping us in Slack, that's probably the best way to communicate that, which is what I was trying to say in.

[01:15:50] I love her.

[01:15:54] The the chat there in Zoom, but we'll, we'll talk to y'all and work… work it out in there, uh, and get it all figured out.

[01:16:00] Um… .

[01:16:01] Yeah. I'm happy to clarify that as well. So for those people who have done a previous workflows course.

[01:16:08] We are, like, you were able to join the Cohort 21.

[01:16:13] And you're able to have access to all the material, do all of your project work, and have access to Cassidy, so you're not.

[01:16:19] Missing on anything because we're not offboarding from Cassidy or anything till late October.

[01:16:23] So if this is you, and you didn't complete, or, like, you're like, I was in this, like, cohort 15, and I didn't do my second turn.

[01:16:30] Just like reach out to me, I will add you to the cohort workspace of.

[01:16:37] Of the existing cohort and everybody is able to, like, complete their work or do a second pass at their work or whatever.

[01:16:43] And if you want to join the live sessions,

[01:16:47] Um, on homework huddles and stuff like that, you can as well. So, uh…

[01:16:52] Like, I don't want you to feel like you've been duped or missed out or anything, or whatever.

[01:16:56] Uh, we've actually extended the time by, like, 2 months.

[01:16:59] As well.

[01:17:00] Yeah, the other thing, too, that I wanted to… I don't want to forget about is, like, one of the other features that we've added in that people have been asking for for a minute is for us to have some sort of, like, a partner or affiliate-type program.

[01:17:10] So if you haven't seen that yet, we actually have that fully live now.

[01:17:13] And is it…

[01:17:15] The 15% SAR, I think is what it is off the top of my head. It's like 15% to the referrer.

[01:17:20] 15% to the person that they're, like, discount that…

[01:17:23] the person that's getting referred to, is that right?

[01:17:24] Yeah, and like.

[01:17:27] I'm pretty sure it is.

[01:17:28] I think that's correct, but yeah, thanks, mate.

[01:17:29] It doesn't… it doesn't stack, though, so, like, if someone has, like, already claimed a 50% or 25% off or whatever.

[01:17:34] on their side, like, you get the 15% for referring, basically.

[01:17:38] For referring them, yeah, like, they can't stack the discount codes, right? Like, Stripe literally, like, won't let you stack discount codes like that.

[01:17:41] The discount.

[01:17:45] But yeah, it's a cool way to be able to… we know folks like.

[01:17:49] share this stuff with their friends, or want to come and do the course with a buddy, so this is a great way to do that.

[01:17:53] Uh, and, like, you know, get something for it, too.

[01:17:56] Um, yeah. I'm…

[01:17:58] Super excited about this class, personally, because it's gonna be…

[01:18:02] you know, we did the… we've done the one-day workshops with Agent Native OS, uh, where it's like Claude code and onboarding and that, but it is a lot to go through in one day.

[01:18:10] And so, part of when we redid this, it was like reimagining what could we do if we turn this into a full month, because we already knew that we were thinking about

[01:18:18] Um, like, updating the Foundations course anyway, and then what we learned from the OS, uh, workshops as well.

[01:18:25] Um, this is, like, kind of like the next iteration of that, which is pretty cool.

[01:18:30] Yeah.

[01:18:32] Does anyone have any questions?

[01:18:42] Okay. Yeah.

[01:18:43] Sorry, I don't want to put you on the spot, but I did see this question pop up a lot. Would you mind explaining the difference between summer camp and workforce? Because I saw that question come up a lot.

[01:18:47] Okay. Yeah, um, well, first of all, like I've said to a lot of people who've already enrolled from Campton to Workforce.

[01:18:53] Camp is definitely more advanced, right? So, like,

[01:18:56] your, um…

[01:18:58] You guys who are in camp understand, like, there's a lot of, like, more technical machinery and setups and processes.

[01:19:05] And you're, like, making a lot of decisions, because you're doing, like, a custom setup for yourself, right?

[01:19:11] I like to think of this as being, like, the more.

[01:19:15] Like the step before, so this is more like the standard that you're inheriting, right? So a lot of the decisions that you're constantly having to make in camp.

[01:19:22] has been, like, already not made for you, but baked in.

[01:19:27] So you're able to, like, customize and change it if you want, but a lot of that stuff is in there.

[01:19:32] Also noting that there are differences between what you're doing in camp, like Hermes always on is a completely different setup.

[01:19:40] to what you're doing in Claude Code, Codex, and stuff like that, right? So we have.

[01:19:45] try to, like, marry things up.

[01:19:47] But a lot of people who are like.

[01:19:50] I know, like, I might not be able to say it on the record, because it was an alumni meeting, but a lot of people who are, like, coming in from camp into

[01:19:57] uh, workforce are like.

[01:19:59] Interested in the productization and, like, being able to, like, rinse and repeat a structure for clients over and over and over again.

[01:20:06] Does that mean that you can't do that in CAP? Yes, you can. You know, the machinery that you're setting up and the agent fleet that you're building could eventually do that.

[01:20:14] It's just a different way of looking at

[01:20:16] Um, like, an agent org and things like that.

[01:20:19] And also noting that in CAMP,

[01:20:22] As you guys know, you are working, building your own fleet, but you're looking at a very specific, like, thing, right? Like a use case that you're working on.

[01:20:31] So you can think of camp has more depth,

[01:20:34] This has more breadth in terms of, like, the lens that we're looking at here.

[01:20:38] Um, in terms of the departments and setting up, like, agent departments and things like that.

[01:20:42] So, um, that's roughly.

[01:20:44] like, the core differences from a conceptual point of view, but if you are

[01:20:50] Still wanting more information around that, just let me know. Like, in Slack, it's probably the best way to reach me.

[01:20:56] On that, but yeah, that's.

[01:20:58] roughly the sense.

[01:21:00] Yeah, I would say too is, like, in camp, obviously we're on the Hermes agent harness.

[01:21:05] Which is a whole ball of wax, like, doing that, versus this is the…

[01:21:07] Yeah.

[01:21:10] like, not everyone needs or wants to do that either. Like, Claude Code or using Codex and the ChatGPT desktop is more than sufficient.

[01:21:19] And, if you're in here, like, it's easier for you to, like, wrap your head if you've never worked with a harness like this to do it in Workforce.

[01:21:26] And then, if you want to progress into camp, you can do it in there.

[01:21:30] A lot of this stuff carries over, too. Like, a lot of the… when they were earlier showing on the slide deck, the tooling,

[01:21:35] Right, so there was Langfuse, there was.

[01:21:38] EXA, Fire Crawl, there's a lot of other tools I'm sure we're gonna talk about, like,

[01:21:42] Uh, like, even just, like, new ones that we're experimenting with in class.

[01:21:46] But all of those Fire Crawl. You can self-host on your own VPS.

[01:21:50] LangViews. You can self-host on your own VPS. So even if you, like, starting out on these tools, and when I say VPS, sorry, I should clarify.

[01:21:58] your own server, like, your own computer in the cloud.

[01:22:01] Um, but when you're starting out on this stuff, like, even just, like, trying out these tools or working in Claude Code or Codex directly,

[01:22:08] That stuff can be transferred over, um, like, when you go into, like, an even.

[01:22:13] more, like, always-on stack like that. That's, you know, you just take it to a whole other level in there.

[01:22:21] Yeah, I can speak to because I was running everything off of a MacBook Pro, which I'm talking to right now. And then when I joined the team, really opened me up to like how to get stuff off of my own machine and into this cloud machines where you're essentially using like a virtual computer sort of like a piece of one that is like hosting things for you

[01:22:41] So you can make that move totally doable, and if you want to, like, start with your own local computer, as long as you have, like, a minimum baseline of, you know, RAM and space and things like that, you can start there before you, like.

[01:22:58] move to anything in the cloud. So it's another way to use tools for free on your computer.

[01:23:03] Yeah, I would say, too, is, like,

[01:23:06] I'm still personally, like, I know I don't want to speak for like everybody on the team, but I'm personally like I work in like Claude Code and Codex directly all of the time still.

[01:23:15] And I have multiple different agents that run on Hermes now.

[01:23:20] And, like, the interesting thing is, like, once you get them set up in there, I also, like, work with them directly,

[01:23:25] But it's almost like you've built a digital teammate for whatever the things that you want to have happen.

[01:23:30] that are always on, it doesn't matter anymore, so…

[01:23:33] I could be directly in ChatGPT working on something that I want to be very involved in,

[01:23:38] And can do that very quickly, and I can see everything, and just, like, it's a familiar space for me to work, right? Or Claude Code.

[01:23:45] And it also can, like, ping and have my Pepper or gigawatt agent that run on Hermes harnesses.

[01:23:51] Go do their thing in parallel alongside of me.

[01:23:54] Uh, so it's like, we've talked a lot about, you know, you build your own like digital workforce and teammates, and you can do that within Claude Code and Codex.

[01:24:02] But the difference is when you move into Hermes 2 is that.

[01:24:06] Now they're not running on your computer, on your machines, like, taking up the same space that you are working in those same tools.

[01:24:13] Uh, yeah.

[01:24:18] Cool.

[01:24:19] Can I ask a question? Yeah.

[01:24:20] Go forward to seeing.

[01:24:21] So you mentioned we're going to be using mainly Codex, or…

[01:24:25] I don't code as a kind of foundation tools.

[01:24:29] So the learnings we're going to learn in these Foundations 3.

[01:24:33] And say, for example, our end potential client opportunity is using AWS, or

[01:24:38] a Microsoft or a GCP platform.

[01:24:40] Can the framework then be recreated for their platforms, like an enterprise level?

[01:24:44] I mean, it's pretty important.

[01:24:46] Yeah, I can speak to that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I can speak to that for sure. So because you're coming from camp and you already understand Hermes and stuff like that, this, you could plug your Hermes into this. So that is like, if you want to set someone up with like a harness that's always running, you can take this and then hook it up

[01:25:04] For folks that are learning this for the first time, we're keeping them in Claude code and Codex, so that you're going to be using… I'm going to get a little nerdy here, because [participant] already knows what I'm talking about, is you can use your agent profiles directly in Claude and Codex, right? So that you're using your workforce in there

[01:25:22] So that, we're keeping the stack lean, right? So for you, you're gonna be getting the stack, and then you… because we're giving you that GitHub repo that is like, here's the finished thing, you could put that in AWS or their Azure

[01:25:38] wire it up with all of their data, reskin it, set it up with a harness that's always on. Yeah, this is like, we'll plug and play into that.

[01:25:39] So ideally can have a discovery session with a customer, find out their governance process and how they work.

[01:25:51] And if they're using… if they're a Microsoft subscribed partner for Microsoft Azure or something,

[01:25:56] You could apply the framework to Microsoft.

[01:26:00] If the customers using, say, AWS,

[01:26:02] And the whole infrastructure is already built on AWS. I'm talking about more enterprise level.

[01:26:08] Yeah.

[01:26:09] Then you can create the kind of harnesses based on the framework we're learning here.

[01:26:12] Because with the knowledge, I know that.

[01:26:13] Yeah, I can't speak to Azure. Sorry, go ahead.

[01:26:16] You know, because all the framework's going to be here from the repo anyway.

[01:26:20] Yeah.

[01:26:21] But basically Claude Code or Codex.

[01:26:22] Whichever tool was signed up with,

[01:26:24] to then create that environment for that customer,

[01:26:27] Based on the infrastructure they're using DCRM.

[01:26:29] So we're now having to get the deployment.

[01:26:31] Yeah, I do see what you're seeing. So I work in AWS, so I can speak to that. I can't speak to Azure, but I know it's very similar, right? So like

[01:26:35] It's very similar. It's all subscription, licensing, and all that kind of stuff.

[01:26:38] Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, there… it's… yeah, they're competing with each other, right? So, and it just depends on which ecosystem you're in. So yeah, you can take this repo and set up this system in AWS or Azure, and then instead of, like, having the profiles work out of

[01:26:55] Claude Code or Codex, which is the point of the education part of what we're teaching, and what, you know, people that are starting and want to stay in there can work with. You can take this, you have the 20 agent profiles, customize it, hook it up to their APIs that are through Azure

[01:27:11] AWS to run the harnesses

[01:27:12] And then when you design their harnesses, I suppose you can have a discovery session.

[01:27:16] Find out what specific agents, they may need some custom agents, for example.

[01:27:20] To do their workflows or day-to-day stuff.

[01:27:23] Totally.

[01:27:24] And this evening, you can use this framework here to rebuild their agents and their

[01:27:26] And then given the framework that

[01:27:28] Basically meet the requirements for that.

[01:27:29] Yeah.

[01:27:30] Yeah, 100%. You would have to, yeah, yeah, you would just have to like you know for you, what I would say, because you're working at this level is like you'll take this framework. Then what I would do, like what I would suggest is you would retool this to make like the enterprise version. And that's like what you can build out. Yeah

[01:27:44] Yeah, exactly. That's the goal.

[01:27:48] So, like, what we're doing is, like, the goal is, is to give you, like, the My Agent Workforce, like, that you would complete in this course that we provide, and then it's always a template that you can pull down, and that we'll be shipping updates to, and you would clone that

[01:28:03] And then you would make the enterprise version, and then you could have your enterprise template that you could then reshare and resell.

[01:28:08] Repeatable process and improve on that as you go along and build on it and develop it.

[01:28:12] Exactly.

[01:28:13] And developer as the technology moves on and stuff as well.

[01:28:20] Yeah, exactly, yeah.

[01:28:21] Exactly right, because that is the exact problem we were trying to solve for is like, how do you set this up at scale, right? So we're trying to give you that, yeah, yeah, set you up with that like baseline repo that then you can retool and as you're learning more about the market when you're in there with your AWS and your Azure enterprise clients, you can be like, oh, I'm seeing the pattern

[01:28:36] Let me make my workforce enterprise edition and then you can fly with that.

[01:28:40] Perfect.

[01:28:42] And as you do that, keep me posted because I want to learn more about that too, [participant], because I'm building my own version. Yeah.

[01:28:45] No, no, no, definitely, definitely, because that's what I've done. I've done a lot of deployments over the years, and it's always about

[01:28:46] This was great. Yeah.

[01:28:50] Designing that repeatable process that causes less friction for the

[01:28:54] Yeah.

[01:28:55] Uh, people are delivering it all.

[01:28:56] Yeah. Yeah.

[01:28:57] Um, so one final quick question.

[01:28:58] You know, because I'm already trying to finish the camp, have you still got a few weeks left on that.

[01:29:02] And that's probably going to finish probably about the end of…

[01:29:03] Yeah.

[01:29:04] October, what Iiming for.

[01:29:07] So you better probably sign up for the November call here.

[01:29:10] And they're going to find us.

[01:29:11] Yeah, like a lot of people, some people are doing, you know, hopping into workforce and then coming back into.

[01:29:19] Like, it depends on where your mind is at, you know.

[01:29:22] It's going up

[01:29:23] It's like, some people are like, oh, am I to be good?

[01:29:24] all over the place at the moment.

[01:29:26] Yeah, like, it might do me good to, like,

[01:29:28] you know, do workforce get that, like, uh, core foundational stuff around GitHub and all the things that we're going to also teach there.

[01:29:35] And they take that mental model back into camp.

[01:29:38] Um, or you can just finish camp and then come back and, uh, you know, do this November 2nd, uh, cohort.

[01:29:45] Um, and, like, assume, like, just DM me, because you're an alumni as well, so I just want to make sure that.

[01:29:51] you know, that is reflected.

[01:29:53] Oh, yeah, awesome.

[01:29:54] Yeah, you've sent me the link anyway.

[01:29:55] I think that was a really good question and answer session, thank you both, because, like, that helped a lot of other people. [participant]'s nodding her head, going, how do I take this to my team?

[01:30:05] Basically. So I think that was really good clarification.

[01:30:08] And Wade, I also think that you should provide your own version of the difference between CAMP and.

[01:30:16] and workforce, because I thought that was also really good.

[01:30:20] Yeah, you won't…

[01:30:21] Final thing I just want to add, if there's any Cohen members who want to kind of partner up so we can work together and

[01:30:26] Love that.

[01:30:27] Two heads only better than one. Um…

[01:30:28] And you can learn advance of each other when those kind of neurons far and wide together, you can move out of.

[01:30:33] Yeah.

[01:30:35] Yeah

[01:30:36] benefit as well. And one person may identify something that I missed.

[01:30:37] And I may identify something they've missed and we can put two heads together and

[01:30:39] Share the framework out anyway to the rest of the cohort. So no.

[01:30:42] I'm happy to do that.

[01:30:43] Totally. And this is what the community is about, right? That we get to share with stuff and this is the value of like having Slack channels and having the lab and having homework huddles. Like this is where we bounce and riff. And I always like to say, you know, because Tyler and Sarah and Michael and I all met in a Slack channel

[01:31:00] And you never know, look around, you might find your next co-founder and your next team. So it happens.

[01:31:03] I'm afraid anyone…

[01:31:05] But yeah, thanks, [participant], appreciate it.

[01:31:07] Yeah, thank you. Always a pleasure.

[01:31:08] Thank you, [participant]. Wait, yes, I meant you please share your wisdom.

[01:31:13] Yeah. So, and I just came up with this yesterday on one of the huddles, like, on the spot, because this is just a question that's come up quite a bit. And the way that I look at camp is kind of like Santa's workshop, and you're like, you're… you have this workshop and the agents are the elves working in there, and they can build whatever tool that you want. You don't have to babysit them. That's kind of like the Hermes architecture. They can build whatever tool.

[01:31:35] that you can even imagine. Think of all the kids and all their Christmas lists and the toys that they want. Whereas I see work for… and the other thing I should say, too, is like not everybody needs a workshop. Like when you think of like reaching out to clients and these builds, they're running businesses, like this stuff is always changing. There's a lot of moving parts.

[01:31:54] They have, you know, KPIs to hit, people to manage, and all that stuff. So they're not really necessarily looking for a workshop for their own. They're kind of looking for an outcome, a pain to be solved, and something in their business that's been kind of a problem for them to be solved.

[01:32:10] So that's where I kind of see workforce come in as the.

[01:32:15] of it scratching that itch and fulfilling that need of enabling them with a team of agents, but it's not as dense and as complex with his moving parts, like with Hermes and needing a Mac Mini or a VPS or some of this hardware that's required to have these things running 24/7.

[01:32:32] 365. So, and I think that that's something, too, because right now, depending on where you're at on the spectrum, a lot of, like, we're kind of in a vacuum right now with AI. If you go out and go to, like, a local networking meeting at a chamber of commerce, like, people might say they've got, like, they've tried chat and it doesn't do what they want, or they've tried Claude Code and it can't do anything.

[01:32:52] And as you can see, like we're building LMSs, we have, like, if you've seen just a fraction of the stuff that everybody in the community has been shipping and building, I would guarantee you that their minds would be blown. And once they see that stuff.

[01:33:06] Those dots and those things start to connect in their head, and it sparks things. So it also goes back to, like, thinking about how Tyler and Sara have previously approached a lot of these discovery meetings of showing up with a mock-up, and just showing them what's capable, because once they see that, then light bulbs go off, and they're like, I want more of this, or I have the neck there always another problem to be solved.

[01:33:26] So that's kind of where I see workforce and the difference there is just meeting kind of the market where it's at in terms of clients, discovery meetings, and also just getting them into the ecosystem to even understand what is capable. So that's kind of like how I envision everything.

[01:33:40] Yeah, I would say one other thing that came to mind, too, like, when y'all were talking earlier, is that

[01:33:46] When we're teaching here in Workforce, you're working primarily… you're working in Claude Code, or you're working in Codex, right?

[01:33:53] And they've already made OpenAI and Anthropic have already made decisions on how those harnesses work, and all the tools that are available in there.

[01:34:00] And you can go in and customize parts of that, and we're going to work on that, like, in class. You're going to see how we do that.

[01:34:06] But you're not able to go and just, like, strap on new pieces into the harness itself, like.

[01:34:12] In Hermes, again, you're working in someone else's.

[01:34:15] like, version of what they think a harness should look like, but it's open source, and you can change anything you want to in that.

[01:34:22] And so it's more about, like,

[01:34:24] Operating at that level and even in camp, I would say, like, you're learning the ability to

[01:34:30] Um…

[01:34:32] Decipher your own taste, as well, of, like, what you like in a harness or not.

[01:34:37] Because, like, I'm currently, right now, even experimenting with the EVE framework from Vercel. It's like their agent building framework.

[01:34:46] And it's like…

[01:34:48] Roz, Mike, a guy that does a lot of content in this space, he did a video the other day, and I thought he explained it really well, is like,

[01:34:54] If you go look at something like Grokbot, Grokbot is a very opinionated, this is how agents should work, and how, you know,

[01:35:01] Like, you're… it's kind of like Apple, you know what I mean? Like, it's already done for you, it just works.

[01:35:05] And, uh, like, you're not gonna necessarily go change a lot of stuff in it.

[01:35:09] The next step above that is something like Claude Code and Codex. Again, it's like a very opinionated platform that you're working in.

[01:35:15] Then you're gonna go above that again, and you're getting into, like, it's less of the stuff that's already built out for you in Hermes, OpenClaw, PI agents, things of that nature.

[01:35:24] Eve is kind of there, and then going above that is, like, starting to build your own harness from scratch.

[01:35:29] So it's like.

[01:35:31] The other learnings you're getting in camp that you're gonna get, like, a taste of that, I would say, in workforce is like

[01:35:38] What do you like or not like about what your agent's capabilities or harnesses are?

[01:35:43] And what do you need for…

[01:35:45] when you're thinking about if you need to rebuild something or deploy something, like, you don't…

[01:35:48] You don't need a complete Hermes harness all the time for every single agent that you're going to build, right? Like, you might need a lighter weight version of that.

[01:35:55] So that's another, like, meta skill, um, to be thinking about that's, like, a difference in what you would.

[01:36:02] be absorbing from camp, too.

[01:36:04] Yeah.

[01:36:05] Uh, and then also [participant] asked a question about on

[01:36:08] Claude Coder Codex.

[01:36:10] I mean…

[01:36:12] I use both of them, and I have for a long time, and I only really started getting back into using Codex as like a daily driver.

[01:36:19] I would say in like the last like 6 months or something, which is when they've made a lot of their updates that have gotten really good.

[01:36:26] There's just a… for me personally, if I had to pick one right now, this might surprise people.

[01:36:31] I would probably lean towards Codex.

[01:36:33] Not because, like, the models, both of them have strengths and weaknesses, the harnesses do, there's a lot of, like, similarities in there.

[01:36:40] But it's like little things for me at this moment. Like, you can run on fast mode,

[01:36:45] in ChatGPT, and it pulls from your rate limit usage, whereas if you do that in Claude code,

[01:36:50] They're billing you extra for that.

[01:36:52] They give you rate limit resets in OpenAI right now, where you don't get that in Claude code.

[01:36:59] I personally think that the browser functionality is still better in ChatGPT than it is in Claude Code right now.

[01:37:05] But like Fable 5.1 is freaking phenomenal, and we all know that, like, Claude Code is amazing. So it's just.

[01:37:12] It's like, ask us next week, and we might flip-flop on that choice, because, like, we're using both of them, and I use both of them on a daily basis.

[01:37:14] Yeah. Yeah, I totally agree. Like the stuff like, you know, it swings in roundabouts, right?

[01:37:25] Claude Code was the thing, like, that went… you know, everybody was on Claude Code, and now.

[01:37:30] And now it's kind of, like, swinging more towards Codex and Astra and all of that happening. So expect that kind of like.

[01:37:37] thing to keep happening, um, and it's just about, like,

[01:37:41] you know, finding what works for you now, and being fluent enough, which is part of what this program is designed for you to do.

[01:37:48] that you can, like, you know, switch when you want to, also into different platforms, right?

[01:37:52] Uh, as things change up, so.

[01:37:54] 100%, and called out, too, that the… the…

[01:37:57] voice, the real-time voice-to-voice in Codex right now, like, in Codex, not in the ChatGPT side of things.

[01:38:03] Yeah.

[01:38:04] It's freaking amazing, because now you're talking voice-to-voice to, like, multiple agents in there.

[01:38:08] Um, it's very good, so…

[01:38:12] Tyler, you need to do like a lightning lesson on codex stuff because I haven't even played with the new voice-to-voice, because I'm just like

[01:38:24] Yeah.

[01:38:25] And you know I love talking to my computer, and I've been frustrated with the voice to voice stuff in the past. So like selfishly, I want you to do your own Codex lightning

[01:38:28] Yeah, for sure, uh, like…

[01:38:36] Yeah, that too.

[01:38:37] We have a… we have the office… 80 office hours, plenty of them coming up.

[01:38:38] Also, you know, like with the lab.

[01:38:39] Yeah, yeah, we got plenty of opportunity to do that, yeah, even like yet, yet another function.

[01:38:41] 100%. Another functionality is, like, both of them have the ability to do, um, like, remote

[01:38:47] So you don't have to be at your computer, you can like control the the.

[01:38:52] the harness, like, both Claude Code or Codex from, like, your phone or another computer.

[01:38:56] I will tell you, though, that, like, ChatGPT's got it working better, like, Claude is.

[01:39:02] Yeah.

[01:39:03] It's really good, the Codex one like I use my computer basically as a server. Yesterday I had to go to the dentist, run around, and I was like working on our projects like full on like, you know, of course it's better to like work with your multiple screens and da da da

[01:39:19] But once you have threads going that you've been working on at home on your station, then, you know, these things can run for hours, right? So like then I'm like out and about, and I'm like, oh yeah, okay, that looks good. It's really good.

[01:39:35] Amazing.

[01:39:37] Period.

[01:39:38] Yeah, let's see here. Just to also, I guess, like, um…

[01:39:42] Recap here at the end, like, we're gonna be sending out, uh, for everyone who's already enrolled in Workforce, was it later today, we're gonna be sending out, uh, the rest of the invitations and onboarding stuff for that.

[01:39:52] Uh, so be on the lookout for that. Anything else we need to do, Sarah, before we just kind of open it back into, like, open Q&A, if anybody has anything?

[01:39:53] Yep. Um…

[01:40:00] I'm just excited to start a new chapter with you guys. Uh, well, I'm speaking to people who have been with us for a while, and, you know.

[01:40:07] Um, as you guys know, like, we.

[01:40:11] We learn the stuff and then we want to bring it to you, and this is like the latest iteration of how we

[01:40:17] As AI Build Lab is growing as a company.

[01:40:19] And we really wanted this to be the way that.

[01:40:23] Like, we made it a world for you to step into.

[01:40:26] that had enough of a structure and scaffolding, and, like, setting you up for success straight away.

[01:40:32] Versus, like, the blank page, you know, kind of, like, looking at things and going, how do I build an agent native company? How do I go there?

[01:40:39] That was the intention for this program.

[01:40:41] We really wanted you guys to like.

[01:40:44] have benefit off that, and to have a leg up into that, uh, without trying to figure it out.

[01:40:50] You know, from scratch.

[01:40:52] But yeah, like, really excited to start the program with you, and this is going to be our first cohort.

[01:40:58] We always do our best to be our best with you guys.

[01:41:01] And maybe you're going to tell us there are better ways that we can do things for the next cohort, and that's, like, something that, you know.

[01:41:07] Uh, we're always open to and things like that.

[01:41:10] But yeah, as usual, really,

[01:41:14] Value you guys and thank you for, you know, um.

[01:41:18] Investing not just your, you know.

[01:41:20] investment in your money, but your time and, you know, your attention and all of that, because I know that that's really.

[01:41:26] a valuable thing these days.

[01:41:30] Anything else from the team?

[01:41:35] No, I'm super stoked as well. It's so fun to be joining the team where we're working on

[01:41:54] Yeah.

[01:41:55] Cutting edge stuff and have the community that we can interact with and yeah, like I have I really have so much fun working with everyone and playing with everyone here. So thank you for being part of the wild ride that is our team and what

[01:41:57] What's going on?

[01:41:59] Yeah, we need each other for sure. This is, uh, something that, like, we need a community for, and

[01:42:06] I guess that's one of the reasons, you know, that.

[01:42:08] We value our community so much is because

[01:42:11] I don't know about your husbands and wives and partners or whoever, or your dogs.

[01:42:12] Huh.

[01:42:16] But there's only so many people I can talk to about this stuff and like they actually get it and.

[01:42:21] that are on the same journey, learning the same stuff, geeking out on the same stuff.

[01:42:26] Having meltdowns, that's okay too.

[01:42:28] I have them regularly.

[01:42:30] Um, but yeah, uh, that's what we wanted to create for you guys here, as well as you obviously being incredibly successful with this in the.

[01:42:38] real world from graduating with what we teach.

[01:42:42] All right, so I guess to wrap this.

[01:42:45] Um, we will… by end of day today, like Eastern.

[01:42:49] We will have, like, information sent out to you, so you know exactly what steps, because I know a lot was covered.

[01:42:55] There will be a recording and there will be a very logical step-by-step thing, do this and then do this, and then do that in whatever we cover for you.

[01:43:05] In the email that will come through. Um…

[01:43:08] And then, yeah, you just have to, like, pay attention to that.

[01:43:11] Between that and Monday get set up the way that you need to get set up, and then, yeah, we kick off on Monday with class, so.

[01:43:19] All right.
