Um, so, uh… I'm going to show you some things that I've been looking to solve for literal years. And. So I come from TV and film. Uh, and then I pivoted into, like, marketing, and I started working with AIBL. And so, for me, I've been trying to solve, like, You have video… Assets and then they can be a pain in the assets to get them solved, right? To, like, get it chopped up and like put it out onto lead magnets, or short-form video, and, like, have graphics and captions and all that sort of stuff. So. There's some really amazing things happening right now, so, you know, Tyler was trying to solve this problem, I'm trying to solve this problem, industry-wide problem. Um, and now that the AIs are much more powerful. You can put them to more, um… Have them do more by, uh. By, uh, having to say less, which is really, really cool. And now people are making more, like, open source repos, and prompts, and harnesses. for these types of things. So. What the heck am I talking about? So let's, let's look at an example. So, uh… This is, you know, a follow-up page. that, uh, is live. Uh, Sara and I did a lightning lesson, right? And so, we did a lightning lesson on… Um, how our agents are working on marketing, right? It wasn't about the video use case, but it was about how we use them for research, And then was, like, searching for podcasts to be for Sara to be on, and then writing outreach emails, and, like, doing all this stuff, right? So that was the point of that webinar. So, what happened after the call? So, there's this landing page, right, that has the follow-up. It has a thumbnail, it has the video, How to build an AI agent org? It jumps… I don't know if you could hear me, I don't know if I had my sound sharing there, but Um, it jumps right in when the deck started. There's none of the, like, preamble, right? These little details here. It's titled properly. If we click over to YouTube. How to build an It wrote, oops, where's the details here? Uh, that's, that's the wrong one. Here we go, let's do Copy. Okay. Okay, so, like, here's one, let's, like, go to this one, maybe it was… some of this was, like, earlier days. So, uh, today is orientation day for all of us. Right, so, like, this one… It wrote, all of this stuff in YouTube, it made all of the chapters. So, one thing that we've been jumping into the chapters there… Um, these titles are SEO optimized, which means they're searchable. on YouTube, um… So this landing page here, you get like go to the deck, And it can show you, like, open the deck that we did, It's like all of these, like, there's a lot of components, right, in this, in this asset. So… This, the AI did all of this. So, what's pretty cool is, like, after the call, basically what happens is the call ends, the Zoom video is done, And then once the… honestly, the slowest process of this is waiting for Zoom to hand us the video, because it's, like, the renderer. Is really slow, so once the call is done, Zoom finishes it, it pushes a webhook, or like, it's like, hey, the video is done, and then this workflow. Uh, with agents, fires up. So it has. Um, templates of what I have designed, right, with the agents for this landing page. It can take the video, it knows based off of the agents that are the video editor, the prompters, to be like, Start, edit the video so it starts… when we jump in, right? Like, cut the preamble, get all this stuff ready. And then also, what's fun about this landing page, is that when you create assets for landing pages, for marketing follow-ups that, you know, you want to get people in your funnel and stuff like that, The first fought all of the titles, Oh, look at that, it also highlights in our brand colors, don't you love that? All of the titles and first five words and subtitles. And the way that this is made, those are the SEO terms that bots scrape down, right? So, uh, agents to an organization, Um, let's see, some of these, uh, you know, agent workforce, And, like, some of these, and then the FAQ, right? So, this system I keep iterating on some of these landing pages are better than others, because I've been stacking them. But what's going on in the back end as well… is that when it's building the landing page, It also has the full transcript of the call. And then it's creating the follow-up assets. [14:26:22] Hunter Lee Canning And then also, it's using a API. that searches for SEO terms that people are searching for that relate to the talk. So that way, this whole end-to-end process Is… semi-automatic, right? I don't let it post before I review it. That's the human in the loop. moment. Um, so that's, like, one really valuable use case, because this used to take hours and like. just stuff that I would find so frustrating to make, right? Like, all of these little bits and bops that are really annoying. Um, so that's one cool thing for, like, post-webinar follow-ups that I've been, uh, really into. This could also then, you know, if you keep going down the rabbit hole, which is the next piece, which we're gonna be building out. Which is like making short clips out of these things, getting them ready for our social, writing the posts. writing the follow-up email that goes out with that. That's all built, you know, and we're just kind of connecting the dots with these things, but we are in the process of… we're about to fire up our socials, right? You know, it's like, we don't have a lot going on right now. But this is the beginning of the engine that's about to take off. Like, we're very dedicated to building this course and working on the courses with you. But watch out, this is going to happen soon. So, like, for instance, too, Then it's like, now we're starting to populate our YouTube page, right? So it made all of these. It made all of these thumbnails based off of what I was talking about, It found… it has our assets, right? So it found. Sara and I's headshot. It composited it, so I look like I'm behind Sorrow, which I think is great. I'm, like, standing right behind her. It made these graphics, and those are all… These aren't one-off AI images. Well, some of these are. This one is. But this one, those are all pieces. So, like, mix and match can be part of the components. For some of you that saw this one when we were demoing Astra, Like, this made a whole intro to videos. to, uh, that is, like, a cool kind of thing, right? This one you may have seen. I made this, like, stop animation video. that is demoing, like, how… that, like, welcomed everybody to Essentials. And if you're a video nerd, Which is pretty crazy, you know, I'm gonna make sure my sound is… being shared here, because, yeah, it's not. Just in case you hadn't seen this video, it's only 34 seconds, I'll show it to you, because it's fun. And also, then how it was made in the background. And see how it's already saying you should watch the next video, like it figured that out, it's posting all of this to YouTube. And then, so, for my video nerds, if, like, you can have these automations going, Where it's like pretty plug and play, but for this, that, you know, that was. That was storytelling that's like… a full idea, and there's this program called Adobe Premiere. And this is a video editing, And this is a lot of little cuts and tracks and stuff like, right? This is how it was made. The AI did 90% of this. So what you're looking at here are these are video clips that are AI generated. This is the music, and then I was like, I want all of those sound effects, right, for everything that you could hear in the background, the splat, the marble roll, the music, the da-da-da-da-da. That's like over 30 different sound effects that it made with ElevenLabs, which is also, you know, for like voice cloning and stuff like that. Um, it cut it up, it watched the footage, and lined up where all the sound effects should be for the video. Like, that's bananas. So this is like. This is… this took me, like, I did this in the background while I was working on other stuff, [14:30:42] Hunter Lee Canning And I did it kind of in the background in like a day. This used to take, like… Weeks, I don't even know, like, it, like. a full day, or hours to get this type of cut. I went in there, and I was like, It's like a millisecond off, so let me like move it around a little bit. You know, this is when you're like kind of in the weeds with like video editing. But this is a professional video program, you know? But you don't need to do it like this. There's also quick wins that I wanted to show off. Oh, this is my, like, crazy pipeline of, like, my custom build. I'll show that first. So, like, The webinar happened, it goes into the tool shed, it finds our assets. Um, it builds out the landing page, it verifies the, uh, distribution channel, so that would be the landing page, it could then do email socials. Um, also, because you guys know about, like, graph rag and carns and things like that. So these videos aren't made in a vacuum. So when I was making revisions, Based off of what the AI did. I made those memory layers, so, like, observational evals, right? And I'm training it tastes in video. So it was like, oh, it made this, but Hunter made these changes. I'm going to remember that for the next edit, so it makes the next edits better. Um, and then… so then it can retrieve those Karns about video editing, But that could also be, like, what's trending right now, right? Like, what should we make videos about? Like, the graph rag can have a lot of great, the L1 through L5 stuff that we do can be. You know, a knowledge base, right, for video editing, for trends, for ideas, whatever. Cuts it all together, human in the loop, puts it on YouTube, right? So that's like a big beast, and you're like, well, I'm not gonna build all that, how the heck am I gonna do that? Well, you don't need to. So, that is one way of a pipeline, and you can build this, and will like. you know, I'll release some, like, blueprints and skills so you can, like, build things like this for yourself. [14:32:48] Hunter Lee Canning Can you mute whoever that is, Tyler? There's just like… [14:32:51] Hunter Lee Canning Feedback. Thank you. So here's another cool thing that I want to show off that just… launched literally two days ago. That makes it pretty easy. So there's this tool. Um, they have a lot of names. It's morat, it's Tesseract by Mirage, and we also have captions and it's like. That's a lot of names, guys, but basically what this is, is there. um, claiming to be… like, uh, like your video effects and editor for your AI agent. And it's pretty good. So, it's just a plugin in Codex, or… Claude Code, and you literally just install The plugin, and then you can just be like, make, like, take this video, or take this raw footage. And find best moments, look at my brand stuff. and cut it together, and it does a pretty darn good job. So, for example, Um, it made… Let me pull up… here we go. Prepare 8D demo. Great. So here, my AI also made me all these slides. Look at all this stuff that I didn't even show you, but I'll jump back to it. So, like, here we go, so… Tesseract, interesting name. So I literally gave it really bad prompts to see what it could do. And I was just like, I was literally like, let's hear what this thing can do. I was like, can you just make, like, a Rube Goldberg machine, which is kind of like what I just did with the stop animation thing, but give me, like, 80s vibes. And it made this thing, and what's really interesting about this is this is done fully locally on your machine. So it doesn't actually cost anything other than the API token, or the tokens. from your, like, Claude code or your, um, codecs. So you could be like, oh, give me like, you know, this was just a thing that it made. And I'm like, that's cute and that's like, I didn't tell, I would just like, just make something, right? It, like, generated the sound locally on my computer, and it's using these different layers and stuff like that. But it can whip up stuff. For instance, and we haven't dropped this yet. But I was like, okay, well, we've been talking a lot about, like, how can we help y'all, like, in… learn more, right? So it was like, how can we make, like, interesting instructional videos that because AI moves so quickly. Us recording videos, like what the team used to do, isn't really possible to do it for longer content anymore. For, like, walkthroughs, because in a week, the UI could change, right? Like, we see that in Codex and Cloud Code all the time. So, just as a test, I was like, okay, Use this plugin, look at our brand assets so it knows our colors. Look at week one in workforce. Write a short script. And use this, um, thing called ElevenLabs. to use a voice, to generate audio for the script and put it together. So the only things I paid for here were telling Codex, I use Codex and Claude, but you could do this in either. With the plugin was like the cost of the tokens for my weekly budget and um. and 11 labs, which is also, like, a subscription that you can get some stuff. So… You lead this AI organization, your professor helps you learn. Your chief of staff coordinates the job. Specialists produce work. and a reviewer checks it. You decide what happens next. Here's a simple illustration. A team update. Give a clear request. Chief of Staff prepares a plan and waits for your go-ahead. Inspect the draft before you separately ask for review. But, like, it's adding animation here, like, is this the most exciting video? No, but this is just, like, again, I just gave it, like, a sentence. And then it made a two and a half minute video. And did all of this stuff and did animations and like, this could be much more visually interesting with just a little extra prompting. and a little bit more examples. But, as you may know, long-form videos are actually… have been a blocker for AI to make for a while. But now, what these plugins are doing with just that simple plugin, Is it can make short-form con… like, short-form videos. These little different sections, and then stitch them together. And what it did, one of the things I was very impressed with, this is very nerdy, but it's a small but important detail. is also Eleven Labs. It can't make a two and a half minute audio thing. So it, the AI knew, to take the script, chunk it into different pieces, Send it to ElevenLabs, take the different pieces of the audio, [14:37:52] Hunter Lee Canning Do the same thing with the video, stitch it all together, put the video line up with the audio, so that's synced up, And then, when I was watching it work, It then noticed, and this is on the Tesseract plugin, because I was like, oh, their IP is good. It noticed that some of the… volume levels of the audio were louder than others, so it would have been jarring when you're listening to it. And it normalized, it's called the decibels. It normalized the audio levels on its own. I was like. That is made by a company that knows video. Like, that's very cool. And that would be a pain in the… like, that takes time manually. So, I'm sure there's a lot more under the hood. Um, and yes, the Tesseract thing is, uh, free, I'll drop the link in for. When you return, check that the facts are current, and continue from there. the repo. Shush, shush. And then, sorry, I'm, like, kind of jumping around because I forgot about this. The other important thing, if you're doing… if you want to make cool things like this, right? What's really cool is… Um… creating storyboards. And the way you do that, which are just like pictures of the ideas. So if you're in your ChatGPT or your codex, for example, It has its own image generator called image 2.5 or GPT 2.5. It's very good now. It made all of these pictures. And I'm not paying any API costs. That's just, like, part of my subscription, right? So then, I'm, like, generating different ideas and different images. And then once you have, like… the store… and there's things I didn't use here, right? Like, this had, like, an original computer, and I was still kind of thinking through it, and I was like, oh, I wanted to be a little more mad scientist-y. Oh, what if it's a little more 80s, you know, and I'm just kind of like, talking through these things, and then once I have the board, right, and you can just tell it, like, make it an artifact, right? Like, I literally just told it to make this artifact before the call, like, I didn't do anything. So you can have the storyboard there, And then once you have the storyboard. Then you just need a few pieces. Then you're like, great. Now plug into your video generator of choice. Um, there's this great tool called Replicate, Which is basically, if you're familiar with OpenRouter, where you can, like, plug into a bunch of different. LLMs, like, oh, I want to use Gemini versus I want to use. you know, OpenAI or whatever, like, has all of them. Think of Replicate as, like, your Swiss Army knife for all the video and audio APIs. So, two that are very good. or sea dance, and one, sea dance 2.5 and 1.3. Uh, see dance is a little pricey. But, um, so it's, like, a couple bucks per 32nd generation. Um, where Juan is, like, 60 cents, right? Um, but they have strength and weaknesses. So I did a mix of both here. Um, because Sea Dance was better with, like, the physics of, like, the splatter and, like, the… the marble rolling. Um, but then I was like, oh, I kind of need, like, a transition clip right here, I'll use one, because it's, like, cheap and it looked great, right? So, once you have these workflows, or these, like, outlines, blueprints, you can be like, cool, let's make some images. And then use CDance, use ElevenLabs for voice, or Foley sound effects. And then it could go to, like, Premiere, where I was being a little more fancy, Or you could just use, like, the Tesseract plugin. And just be like, great, make me something end-to-end. And it also works great with talking head content. So it was like, I have a client with my company, Plum Wheel. She's a founder. And we made her short-form content end-to-end. Where we had this longer video, Um, the AI could read the full transcript, It pulled out different pieces that we thought were good. it chopped it up, it looked at our brand colors, it added, like… A thumbnail, and a subject, you know, or, like, title of, like, whatever, like, for her… TikTok and, you know, Instagram or whatever where it's like the thumbnail for it. And, like, captions in her color. Uh, and again, once you start, like, building these systems with memory. Then, this becomes more and more of a repeatable system, where you're like, oh, my clients like. This client likes this type of edit. And colors, where this client likes this type of brand asset, right? So then you can start to build your own memories layers. Or maybe it's your own content, right? You need to get your own content out for your businesses. So, that's, like, the mad scientist-y stuff that I've been doing with video. There's so many amazing things you can do right now. Um, it's so… it's easier and easier than ever because Astra and. Opus 5.5 are extremely good orchestrators at taking these different tools, [14:42:54] Hunter Lee Canning And just kind of like figuring it out for you. Um, but then you can get more in the weeds if you want, and, like, tap into these professional. video editor machines yourself, uh, or programs like Premiere and DaVinci and things like that. So, yeah, that's what I got. Um, I'll drop in some links where you can get the freebie stuff. And I'll, like, whip up a blueprint or two so you can, like, throw it in your… your, uh, agents, and have fun. [14:43:19] Sara Davison Do you want to do a lab session on that? [14:43:22] Hunter Lee Canning Sure. [14:43:22] Sara Davison Like lots of people are commenting on that. So I mean, it's up to you guys because I saw a lot of your comments. So if you want that, just put it in the upvoted basically in the lab so we know. If that… if that's your jam. [14:43:32] Hunter Lee Canning Yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, and it could be, you know, we could… we could go into… you know what maybe would be useful is, like, If you think about this… And I keep saying this over and over again, like, the more you work with these systems. Everything is basically the same pattern for different use cases, like, over and over and over again. It's like. You have… You have, like, um, an outline, An SOP, an idea, a dirty voice dump, whatever, just like. an idea, whatever that is. And then you have… a harness that understands the process. So for this, it would take you through a video editing workflow, That also makes… Uh, marketing assets for later, right? And that is part of the SOP. You have your memory and your knowledge layers that then are pulling on these different things. the different brand assets, the different tastes, whatever. And then you have the orchestration layers where you could be doing this all just writing Cloud Code or Astra. Or, when you want to get fancy, Then you can make this, you know, a fleet. that does these things and coordinates it and does it even faster. So I would love… I'm happy to do a lab on this whole thing. We get in the weeds. Please put in requests of, like, Um… use cases, I'd love to hear use cases, because, like, I'm doing… So things that I am already working on that I can speak to, but I'm happy to make different things, is obviously. the, like, follow-up assets, you know? Um, short-form content for you as… creators as leaders in the space, you know. video is king, right? Um… And then more, like, fun things, like the, uh, you know, some splashy stuff, you know, and how you can do, like, AI video generating, so… Happy, happy to talk more about that. Um, yeah, so just fire up what you would like for use cases, and we can scrape down the chat, and we'll see what's… what's upvoted. [14:45:36] Tyler Fisk Yeah, I love it too. Look, thank you for breaking it down that way, because that's what I've been experimenting with, because you've been using… what's the… is it remnant, or what's the name of the tool? Replica, that it is. Replica. Because I've got… I use Higgs field for that, uh, where it's like the same sort of thing. It's like all the different video and… and… [14:45:44] Hunter Lee Canning replicate. Replicate. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. [14:45:53] Tyler Fisk image models, but it's exactly… like, get the idea out of your head, storyboard it, um, grab whatever sort of, like, seed images or brand assets you need to give to the agent that's making it, and then it's cool how you can take it to then, um… It's the same sort of, like, process I'm even using for, like, UI, UX design. It is, like, make the… don't code the thing yet. Do an image generation of it first, so I can help, like… because it can do that cheaper and faster, and then from there, you could be like, okay, now turn it into code. Whereas this in the video, it's like, okay, now, like, [14:46:16] Hunter Lee Canning Yeah. [14:46:30] Tyler Fisk Like, give me the next sort of, like, frames to tell this story, because then you can get back to the video model to take your selected frames and kind of, like, stitch them together. [14:46:38] Hunter Lee Canning That's exactly what it was, yeah, exactly. [14:46:41] Tyler Fisk Yeah, and then it's a combo of, like, that plus, like, Tesseract or Remotion, or, like, Hyperframes. There's a bunch of other tools that do, like, a lot of this sort of stuff, too, now, that are, like, not only just doing the video editing, like, what Hunter was saying, which is [14:46:49] Hunter Lee Canning Hyperframe, yeah. Yeah. [14:46:58] Tyler Fisk working insane, but it's also that it can make the motion graphics and stuff like that as well to like mix in with AI generated video on top of it, which is crazy. [14:47:03] Hunter Lee Canning That's right. Yeah. So if you think about putting it all together, you can have like, you know, those YouTube videos that you see where like, Someone's talking, and then it, like, zooms in to catch your attention, and then there's, like, this thing that goes by, and then there's a diagram that's, like, explaining what they're doing, like… All of that, you could put those pieces together, and you're gonna see soon enough, you're gonna see videos of Sara, talking, and there's gonna be these really cool diagrams that are… Happening above her as she's talking. That's a use case that we're gonna do, um, pretty soon with her content, so… It's really endless what you can do here. And I'm just having so much fun because, like, as a kid, I did like stop animation videos and things like that. I'm like, now I can, like, whip them up. And, like, bring back those vibes, it's… It's just a delight for me to make these things. [14:47:57] Tyler Fisk I love it. Thank you, dude, uh, for sure. [14:47:59] Hunter Lee Canning Yeah, man. [14:48:01] Tyler Fisk Let's see here. Well, I needed a reason to try Tesseract myself. So I did it. Let me pull this up over here. [14:48:10] Hunter Lee Canning Oh, good! [14:48:12] Tyler Fisk Let me switch into this thread. Sorry, I'm just like, so I'm directly in Codex here, and I, like, had not tried Tesseract myself until today. I literally like told it to go through and do this because I've been using… Uh, like, Remotion, Hyperframes, uh, FFmpeg, like, they're all sort of, like, different things. And I've needed a reason to try it, so I just told it to take what I was going to talk to today and turn it into a little video. And so, like, this… [14:48:34] Hunter Lee Canning Yeah. [14:48:42] Tyler Fisk Is what it made really quickly. I don't think I ended up having to do sound in here, but you can see, like, I told it to go grab, like, the field notes sort of, like, vibe in here, uh, and, like, this quickly, it was able to… this isn't… this is AI-generated in the sense that… it made all of this and made all the motion graphics, but it didn't have to go use, like, You know, the Omni model or Seed Dance or something to make this, right? Like, this is just orchestrating like elements on a page and like animating it as it like goes through it in here. Pretty freaking cool that it's, like, this easy. And like what you were saying, Hunter, I'm going to play around with like giving it, you know, 11 labs. I even have this, there's a, and I've been needing a reason to try this thing. I have this GitHub repo that I found that basically will do a HeyGen avatar of like you or anyone that you want it to do. Um, to get, like, an AI, like, talking head avatar, and I'm wondering if we could, like, try that in here, because we've got pictures of, like, Gigawatt and Watson, and all this stuff now, uh, and, like, getting them here… in here to talk, too, on… over this would be… [14:49:43] Hunter Lee Canning Yeah. And those other tools that you mentioned, Tyler, was [14:49:54] Tyler Fisk And using Tesseract to help edit it would be, like, pretty interesting to mess around with. [14:50:01] Hunter Lee Canning hyper frames… and re-motion. These are all kind of like They're all editors, they have different strengths. Hyperframes is from the people that made HeyGen, which were, like, kind of the first talking avatar clone things that sort of hit the market, and everyone was like, whoa, we're in that space now, here we go. Um, they open sourced, basically, this video editor that's kind of like a CapCut, But your agents work with it. But then you can kind of go in there and do manual edits yourself as well, and the agents can kind of work with it. kind of like what I was doing in Adobe Premiere. Um, Remotion is also good with, like, the graphics type of stuff. Um, so, once you, like, what's interesting about this stuff is, like, Think less about the tools and more about the process. Because tools change all the time. And then they are just like, like, Wade and I… We're going to use this analogy or this metaphor to death, which is like a hub and spoke. Which is, like, if you have your process in the middle, and you have your tastes defined. Then, you can add in the remotion or the hyper frames, or whatever, And it's just an extension of what you're doing. So you're not dependent on any one tool at any time. They can be really interchangeable. And then the agents can also figure out, like, where they're the best at what, so they can hand off these processes. And then, when you're done, at the end, you say, great, so, like, what did we learn? What can we systematize? What can be a skill? What can be a repeatable process? You do that, and then the next one… It just, it'll be faster, right?
