In March you asked what's next. Today every rung of the AI Build Lab journey has a name, a shape, and a price. Two new ones open today: The Lab, our always-on community, and Summer Camp, where you install an Agent-Native Growth OS into a real business in twelve weeks.
AI Build Lab is in the business of possibilities. Everything we offer fits under one of four pillars. The community shaped this framework across hundreds of conversations. Today we name every product underneath it.
The Lab. Two live sessions per week, demo days, expert rotation, Slack, a growing library, and vendor bundles for the stack you use every day.
Build is the skills you gain across every course and what you do with them. Summer Camp is the flagship 12-week container for putting it all to work.
Alumni earn with these skills today (see our Wins channel). Trade School and the roadmap behind it give that earning more structured support, launching Q4 2026.
Q4 2026
The Lab is where AIBL alumni stay sharp. Two live sessions every week, a growing library, vendor bundles, and a Slack room where the conversation never stops.
Team-driven topics one week, open office hours the next. Ninety minutes, hard stop.
Weeks 1 and 3: internal demos. Weeks 2 and 4: outside experts. Ninety minutes, hard stop.
Every session recorded and retained. Alumni Slack plus private Lab channel. Vendor bundles on the tech stack you use every day.
Summer Camp is different from our cohort trainings you've done before. Less video. More building. Free-form by design. Twelve weeks of mad scientist mode where you take the skills you built in Foundations and the Claude Code Workshop and apply them to install an Agent-Native Growth OS for an actual small or mid-size business. You finish with one real install in your portfolio and the framework to do it again.
The agent fleet talks to customers in channels they already use. No new app.
Messy inputs (PDFs, photos, emails, conversations) become structured, queryable context.
The agent fleet produces the deliverable the business sells.
Every output sourced, audited, defensible. Math shown.
Every engagement surfaces the next one.
Tyler's friend Joe runs Fishback Plumbing, a mid-market commercial plumbing company. Over the past three weeks, our agent fleet built two commercial bids for Joe alongside him. The most recent, for a PetSmart build in Crossville, came in within 3% of Joe's own hand-calculated number after a parallel research pass. The iMessage group thread, the PDF ingestion pipeline, the multi-agent research fleet, the branded Vercel bid portal, and the PDF output, all of it installed and running. The agents handled most of the lifting. This is what Summer Camp students will learn to install for businesses of their own.
You have a real business to install for. Your own, your family's, a prior employer, an existing client, or an AIBL-sponsored backup from our network (like Joe's or Gibson Painting).
You pick a target business. Build the install from public data. Weeks 9 through 11 you run structured outreach. You may land a meeting, an LOI, or a polished case study ready to show. (Precedent: Tyler built a full customer-service install for Hattie B's in Foundations 2 from public data alone. It was pitch-ready.)
Take your portfolio install and sell your services. Trade School is the structured version of this path.
Turn what you built into a packaged service. Sell it across ten plumbers, five boutique agencies, twenty commercial painters, at a fixed price per install.
Run your own agent-native micro-business. You are the business. You are the first customer.
Completed Claude Code Workshop, or demonstrated Claude Code proficiency via application review.
Every $497 Workshop and every Foundations purchase comes with a $150 credit. Apply it toward another workshop (gift one to a friend), another Foundations cohort, or one month of The Lab. Because $150 matches one month of The Lab at the going rate, this is effectively a free first month of community for every course grad.
Alumni are already earning with these skills. Here's what's coming to support that earning more structurally.
Summer Camp graduates go into a structured fellowship. Real client engagements. Paid work. Career portfolio.
We're already delivering personalized Agent-Native Growth OS installs to clients of different sizes. Every engagement feeds learnings back into what Trade School becomes.
AIBL is working toward becoming an official Anthropic partner. Certified alumni will carry the credential.
Live events in major cities. Agent-native for business owners. Alumni co-delivering.
Nothing on this roadmap is for sale today. We're sharing the direction so you can see where the community is heading.
Tell us which one (or both) interests you. We'll be in touch when enrollment opens.
The Lab, Summer Camp, Trade School, the whole roadmap: all of it came from what you asked for across every alumni meeting, every Foundations cohort, every Slack thread. We keep building because you keep showing up. Every meeting you help us see further. Let's go.
